While various exercises are being performed as a health method,
There is an exercise called stretching exercise. This stretching exercise differs from conventional gymnastics in which the limbs are moved vigorously, in that the limbs are bent and stretched at a slow pace, and has been recognized as a preparatory exercise for sports to be effective in making each part of the body more flexible. This stretching exercise is almost the same as traditional gymnastics in terms of movement, but the movement method of slowly bending and stretching as described above has a unique feature that has never been seen before, and the effect of the exercise is It showed a particularly good effect.

The above stretching exercises are not particularly problematic for athletes and young people. However, when ordinary people who do not exercise much, or even elderly people, perform stretching exercises, their bodies are stiffer than expected, so they may not be able to fully bend and straighten, or their bodies may not be able to fully bend and straighten as they move. The problem is that it is difficult to balance.

In the present invention configured as described above, since the user exercises while sitting down on a seat board, even elderly people can safely exercise and can easily bend their body back and forth, left and right, and twist left and right. In addition, since the waist is fixed by the waist presser that fixes the waist,
Able to fully bend and twist the body and fully stretch joints, muscles, tendons, etc. Furthermore, since the exercise can be performed by supporting the body with the hands on the auxiliary bar, the intensity of the exercise can be adjusted freely according to the physical strength of the person using the exercise. In particular, since the gentle bending and stretching movements in the stretching exercises are performed using the above-mentioned auxiliary bar, waist support bar, etc.
This allows for maximum bending and stretching, something that could not be expected with conventional gymnastics. What's more, at the peak of the stretching movement in the song, the bending and stretching parts are relaxed and can be paused for a while, which, combined with the slow movement, produces effects that cannot be expected from other types of gymnastics. It will be done. Moreover, when the user bends the body sideways, the top of the user's hip bones hits the auxiliary rod, stretching not only the lumbar joints but also the lumbosacral joints, and the twisting motion adjusts the position of the lumbar vertebrae and pelvis (sacrum). Relationship deviations and angular abnormalities can be normalized. Furthermore, when the upper body is tilted backward, the lumbar support rod presses the top of the sacrum and pushes the pelvis forward, correcting abnormalities in the positional relationship and angle between the lumbar vertebrae and the pelvis.

In FIG. 1, the seat plate 10 is fixed and supported on both sides by guides 24 provided in the middle of four support legs 12. At the upper end of the support leg 12,
A pair of auxiliary rods 14 and 16 are provided parallel to the seat plate 10. The height of the auxiliary bars 14 and 16 is at a position corresponding to the vicinity of the top of the hip bone when a person sits on the seat plate 10. Further, a waist support rod 18 is horizontally suspended between the auxiliary rods 14 and 16. As shown in FIG. 2, the lumbar support rod 18 is located above the rear part of the seat plate 10 (the right side in FIG. The height corresponds to the lower lumbar vertebrae, and is lower than the auxiliary rods 14 and 16. A recess 20 is formed on the front side of the center of the lumbar support rod 18, and is adapted to fit around the waist of a person sitting on the seat plate 10.
The auxiliary rods 14, 16 and the waist support rod 18 are provided so that their heights can be adjusted, since their heights differ somewhat depending on the user. This adjustment mechanism is omitted from illustration because it is sufficient to have a simple, well-known structure and only needs to be adjusted once by the user.

In this way, in the exercise using the chair of the example,
It can be performed safely as it is performed while sitting in a stable position. Moreover, the body is supported by the waist support rod 18, the auxiliary rods 14, 16, and the leather belts 34, 3.
6 or by fixing the thighs with leather belts 28 and 30, it is possible to easily perform maximum bending and stretching exercises that have been difficult in conventional gymnastics.
And it can be done safely. In other words, even people with stiff bodies who do not get enough exercise on a daily basis, elderly people with stiff bodies, and the like can easily and easily perform the exercises without worrying about keeping their bodies in balance.

In addition, since the size and speed of the movements can be freely adjusted using the auxiliary bars 14 and 16, each person can start with exercises of a size and speed that are comfortable and suitable for each person, and gradually gradually progress. By increasing the strength, even people with stiff bodies such as the elderly can easily and safely reach the maximum bending and stretching position. The auxiliary rods 14, 16 and the lumbar support rod 18 can be adjusted to a height that suits the user, and by maximizing bending and stretching, the adjustment effect between the lumbar vertebrae and the pelvis can be achieved. Can be done. That is, in the exercise (A) above, when the body is tilted to the left or right, the auxiliary rods 14 and 16 come into contact with the top of the hip bone, which stretches not only the lumbar region of the user but also the lumbosacral joint, which stretches the lumbar vertebrae. It is possible to normalize abnormalities in the positional relationship and angle between the sacrum and the sacrum in the left and right direction.
Furthermore, when the upper body is tilted backward, the lumbar support rod 18 presses the fifth lumbar vertebra from the top of the sacrum, which pushes the pelvis forward, correcting abnormalities in the positional relationship and angle between the lumbar vertebrae and the sacrum. I can do it. Therefore, chronic low back pain, which is said to be the most common type of low back pain, often causes stiffness in the lower back or mild pain, but there are cases where specialist treatment is not required (see above). ) By performing a series of exercises one at a time, you will be instantly relieved from these discomforts and you will be able to achieve a surprisingly relaxing effect.

Furthermore, by performing exercises in a state similar to meditation or zazen, with slow, quiet movements and deep, long abdominal breathing, the effects of breathing techniques and meditation can be combined. As a result, you can feel refreshed and calm in both mind and body. In addition, the above (B)
Through these exercises, you can easily strengthen your abdominal muscles, which are very effective in keeping your spine, especially your lumbar vertebrae, healthy.

Traditionally, exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles involve lying on your back with your legs stretched out and raising your upper body up.This exercise has not only been used in the training of elite athletes, but also used in school physical education. It has been implemented for a long time until recently.
However, it has been found that this exercise with both legs extended is not good as it places too much stress on the lumbar vertebrae, etc., and it has surprisingly little effect on strengthening the abdominal muscles. In recent years, it has been said that a rational and effective method is to raise your knees up until your hip joints are bent at least 30 degrees, then repeatedly raise and lower your upper body. Therefore, in this embodiment, an auxiliary plate 22 is provided at the bottom of the seat board 10 that can be taken out and put in, and the position is placed on the auxiliary board 22 in a position where the knee is raised up to a point where the hip joint is 30 degrees or more while sitting on the seat board 10. Foot support part 2
5 was provided to provide abdominal muscle strengthening exercises.
However, by exercising with the hands on the auxiliary bars 14 and 16, the magnitude of the exercise can be adjusted, allowing the user to perform an exercise that suits his or her physical strength.
Therefore, even people with lower back pain or lower back stiffness can perform exercises to strengthen their abdominal muscles with relative ease, and can effectively prevent and recover from lower back pain. and,
It is important to perform gymnastics continuously, but
The gymnastics using the chair of the embodiment can be easily performed in a short period of time, making it easy for elderly people and busy people to perform, and increasing the continuity of the gymnastics.
