FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. A rotatable pulley mechanism 25 is fixed to the vertical frame 6 at the side member position on the circumferential edge of the roof 7, and the rope 2 around which the pulley mechanism 25 is wound is fixed.
6 is fixed to the upper shutter 1 at one end and the lower shutter 2 at the other end. As shown in FIG. 5, the upper shutter 1 is located so as to overlap the outer side of the lower shutter 2. Therefore, the upper shutter 1 and the lower shutter 2 can be assembled in the closed position to prevent rain. The upper frame 1 is attached to the inner corner of the upper end of the upper shutter 1 when the upper shutter 1 is closed.
1. Inclined outer member 11' provided on the side wall upper frame 15;
An airtight gasket 24 made of an elastic material is attached to press against the vertical frame 15' and close to the outer surface of the vertical frame 6 to close the gap between the upper shutter 1 and the periphery of the bay window. The rope 26 is loosely inserted through the hole in the airtight packing 24, and at the part where it is attached to the lower shutter 2, it comes into a gutter 30 fixed to the lower shutter 2 for draining water to the outside. Therefore, when the rainwater on the rope 26 comes down along the rope 26, it is guided into the gutter 30 and discharged to the outside. Alternatively, the rain closing and airtightness of the upper storm door 1 can be achieved with the airtight packing 24 or by eliminating the airtight packing 24 and using the fifth
As shown in FIG. 6, the door pocket 43 is fixed under the eaves of the roof 7, and is wound so that the upper storm door 1 is stored between it and the outer wall board 20 on the almost upper side. The protrusions 45 of the upper shutter 1 may be overlapped.

The arrangement of the guide rails 19, 21 and the pulley mechanism 25 is such that the guide rails 19, 21 mutually complement the guided objects, the upper shutter 1 and the lower shutter 2, so that the guide rails 19, 21 complement each other in the expected direction. In the case where the rotation moment is supported, the pulley mechanism 25 is set so that the center of gravity of the upper shutter 1 and lower shutter 2 passes through the center of gravity of the upper shutter 1 and the lower shutter 2 so that they do not rotate around the horizontal axis. It is desirable to locate them on both the left and right sides of the direction line. When installing the pulley device 25 near the pillar 13, the shape of the guide rail 21 (narrow guide) is formed so that the guide rail 21 can receive forces in all directions, and the guide rail 19 is either not attached or used as an auxiliary. establish. When the guide rail 21 is used as the main guide, it is preferable that the guide rail 21 be held by rollers rather than guide grooves in the upper and lower shutters 1 and 2.

A rotary shaft 29 fixed to the rotary shaft 29 is rotatably supported by passing through the outer wall board 20, and a pulley 31 is fixed to the rotary shaft 29 inside the bay window.An endless rope 32 is wound around the pulley 31, and the ropes 32 are attached to the outer wall respectively. The lower outer wall board 2 is wrapped around pulleys 33 and 34 pivotally mounted within the board 20.
It is wound around a pulley 35 fixed to a shaft 36 which is rotatably supported inside 0. A handle 37 is provided on the shaft 36. In this case, the storage portions 27 and 28 are provided excluding these portions.

When the handle 37 is rotated, the shaft 36 rotates and the pulley 35 rotates. The rope 32 moves and rotates the pulley 31 via the pulleys 33 and 34, which in turn rotates the rotating shaft 29, so the pulley mechanism 25 rotates.
Therefore, the upper shutter 1 and the lower shutter 2 can be operated from within the room. In the case of electric power, a reduction motor may be connected directly to the rotating shaft 29.

FIG. 9 shows another embodiment of the guide rail of the upper storm door 1, and is a drawing of one of the two positions of the guide rail 21 seen from the viewing direction, with the right side being the inside side. In contrast to the above embodiment in which the guide rails of the upper shutter 1 and lower shutter 2 were made of the same material, the guide rails of the upper shutter 1 and the lower shutter 2 were
In order to improve airtightness and rain protection by drawing the pillars closer together, the two guide rails on the pillar 13 side are divided into upper and lower sections and guide rails 38 and 39 are provided, respectively, as shown in FIG. The lower ends of the guide rails 38 and 39 are bent in the direction of view corresponding to the position where the upper shutter 1 is closed.
A short eave 41 is exposed above the upper frame 15. Upper and lower shutters 1 are provided with rollers 42 and 42' whose shafts serve as support arms and which can be fitted into guide rails 38 and 39 fixed to upper and lower shutters 1 to roll. When the upper shutter 1 is lowered, the rollers 42 and 42' move towards the guide rail 3.
8, 39, the rollers 42, 42' change direction and move inward just before the descending upper shutter 1 closes, and the upper shutter 1 closes below the eaves 41. However, in this case, the bay window is limited to the case where the plan view is trapezoidal and the guide rail 19 allows the upper shutter 1 to move in the forward direction. In this way, the rain door itself can shut off the rain, and it also has airtight material to improve insulation performance.
It can also improve sound insulation performance. Further, the lower shutter 2 may be drawn in the same way.

In the above explanation, the end of the bay window has an opening in the center and outer wall boards above and below it, but it does not necessarily have to be distributed this way. Even in the case where a movable shoji is provided and the sides are fitted together, the guide rails 19 and 21 may be extended both upward and downward.
