Therefore, the structure of each auxiliary support 6 will be explained with particular reference to FIG. Fixed. Reference numeral 9 denotes a support column that is supported movably up and down by the inner surface of the guide tube 7 and the guide hole 8A of the cap 8, and a leg 11 having an anti-slip rubber band 10 is fixed to the lower end of the support column. It is always urged upward by the action of a coil spring 13 disposed between the upper end collar 12 and the inner surface of the cap 8. Reference numeral 14 denotes a pair of stopper members whose upper ends are rotatably supported by the guide tube 7, and below which are provided an ascending stopper 15 and a descending stopper 16 that protrude in the left-right direction. A pair of rotating pieces 17 have their upper ends pivotally connected to the stopper member 14 between the raising and lowering stoppers 15 and 16, and their lower ends pivotally connected to the support column 9. Therefore, when the upper end of the rotating piece 17 rotates to a predetermined position on the rear side perpendicular to the vertical axis of the support column 9, the lifting stopper 15 moves as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5. engages with the rotating piece 17 to place the support column 9 in the non-supporting position, and also engages the rotating piece 17
When the upper end of the rotating piece 17 is rotated to a predetermined position on the front side perpendicular to the vertical axis of the support column 9, the rotating piece 1 is rotated as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6.
7 to place the support column 9 in the support position. Reference numeral 18 denotes a substantially U-shaped connecting piece, each open end of which is pivotally connected to the upper end of each rotating piece 17.

When transferring a patient from the transport trolley 1 to a bed or examination table, the transport trolley 1 is placed beside the bed parallel to its longitudinal direction, and its support is The left and right sides of the stand 35, that is, one side on the bed side, is arranged so that it corresponds to the upper surface of the bed E (a well-known rectangular bed with legs at the four corners) shown by the two-dot chain line in the figure. . In this case, the frame 35A on the lower side of the support stand 35
In addition, since the pair of hanging connecting pieces 37, 38 at the front and rear, and the pair of support levers 31, 32 at the front and rear are respectively arranged at positions considerably recessed inward from the left and right sides of the support base 35, their support The bed E can be easily and deeply inserted into the lower side of the base 35. In addition, at this time, if the support base 35 is lower than the bed, the operating member 51 is pressed downward and the piston 5 is moved by hydraulic pressure.
2 protrudes rearward, the transmission lever 5
3 and the operating lever 54, the pair of left and right support levers 31 on the front side are raised and rotated, and at the same time, the pair of left and right support levers 31 on the rear side are rotated via the connecting rod 33.
2 is also erected and rotated by the same amount, whereby the support stand 35 rises upward in a horizontal state and is disposed above the upper surface of the bed. This amount of increase can be easily determined by checking the amount of pressure applied to the operating member 51 with the naked eye.

Next, by stepping on the lowering operation member 21 from the state shown in FIG. 1 to the state shown in FIG. 2, the rotation shaft 23 is rotated clockwise in FIG. is raised from the state shown in FIG. 1 to the state shown in FIG. 2, while the intermediate rotating piece 26 is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. As a result, the rotating pieces 17 of the four auxiliary supports 6 and the connecting portions of the stopper members 14 are moved forward simultaneously, and the support column 9 is moved as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6.
descend all at once and their legs 11 touch the floor 3,
Moreover, the base body 2 is slightly lifted, and all the axles 4, 5 are separated upwardly from the floor surface 3, as shown in FIG. As a result, the transport cart 1 is stably placed on the floor surface 3.

Next, by moving the operating member 51 upward in the opposite direction to the above and retracting the piston 52 forward with hydraulic pressure, the transmission lever 53 and the operating lever 5 are operated.
At the same time, the pair of left and right support levers 32 on the rear side are also tilted down and rotated by the same amount via the connecting rod 33. is lowered to a horizontal state, and the lower surface of the support base 35 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the bed.

Next, by moving the auxiliary stand 43 located on the bed side backward against the action of the compression spring 49, the fitting grooves 47A of the front and rear fitting pieces 47 are separated rearward from the stopper pin 40. Then, the auxiliary table 43 is rotated toward the bed and placed horizontally on the upper surface of the bed, and in this state, the patient lying on the support table 35 is placed on the auxiliary table 43. It can be smoothly and easily transferred to the bed via the top and extremely safely.

rises to the upper position as shown in Figure 1,
Further, the connecting rod 19 and the connecting rod 20 are integrally moved rearward, whereby the respective rotating pieces 17 of the four auxiliary supports 6 and the connecting portions of the stopper members 14 simultaneously pass through the dead center and move rearward. By the action of the coil spring 13, each support column 9 is raised simultaneously, and each leg 11 is separated upward from the floor surface 3, thereby causing each wheel 4, 5 to move as shown in FIG. Ground to the floor 3 as shown. Thereby, the transport cart 1 can be moved freely.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the present invention is configured as described above in detail, when transferring a patient from a transport cart to a bed,
Or conversely, when transferring from the bed to the transport trolley, the support pillars of each auxiliary support can be moved and placed at the same time to the supporting position by operating the operating member, so the transport trolley can be moved extremely easily and quickly onto the floor. It can be stably placed in a substantially fixed manner. Furthermore, after the patient has been transferred, the support pillars of each auxiliary support can be moved to the non-supporting position all at once by operating the operating member in the same way, so the transport cart can be moved immediately. Furthermore, the rotary piece articulated to each stopper member is directly engaged with each of the raising and lowering stoppers of the stopper member, so that each auxiliary support body itself has a stopper function, so that the base body and support A large-scale stopper mechanism associated with the stand or the like can be eliminated, and the configuration can be simplified and made more compact.
