る。 This work is carried out in the ear-hung configuration, and there are two main methods: using a brush to remove the deposits, and using pressurized water to remove the deposits. The former brush method maintains the natural shape of ear-hanging culture without any pressure, and brushes both sides of the shellfish at once through a pair of rotating left and right brushes.
As a result, there is a problem that many shells fall out due to strain and the breakage of the ear hanging thread or damage to the ear hanging hole. In addition, in the latter case where pressured water is used, if the shellfish is treated in its natural shape during aquaculture, the shellfish will be in an upright shape, so pressurized water will enter from the seawater injection port near the ear of the shellfish, causing the The problem is that the mortality rate during aquaculture is high, which is estimated to occur during aquaculture.

The purpose is also to prevent pressure water from entering from the seawater injection port.

At the same time, the shellfish is flattened with a straightener at the entrance on the upstream side, and in that state, the outer surface (one side) is cleaned with a rotating brush, pressure water, or a combination of both. The shellfish that has been cleaned on one side is transferred to the conveyance path. At the point when the tip of the shellfish rises above the conveyance road surface, the moment when it crosses the top of the shell is taken, the shellfish is kicked up, turned over, and the other side is washed on the downhill side in the same way as on the uphill side. The cleaning device has a driving and rotating transport path formed in the shape of a mountain, and above the entrance on the upstream side of the transport path, a shell straightener is placed to flatten the posture of the ear-hanging cultured shellfish. A cleaning means for cleaning the surface of the shellfish is placed in the upper part of the downward conveyance path, and a rotating means for kicking up and inverting the ear-hanging cultured shellfish is placed above the conveyance path at a position slightly deviated upward from the apex. It has a configuration with blades arranged.

する。(Function) According to the above means, the ear-suspended cultured scallops that move on the mountain-shaped conveyance road surface are flattened by the straightener at the entrance so that they do not overlap, and the rotary brush Alternatively, the outer surface (one side) is cleaned by using pressurized water or a combination of both before reaching the top. After one side of the shellfish has been cleaned, the tip of the shellfish rises above the surface of the conveyance path when it crosses the top, and at this moment, the tip of the shellfish is kicked up by a rotating blade and the shellfish is turned over. As a result, the other side is exposed on the downstream side of the conveyance path, and the same cleaning process as that on the upstream side is performed, and the cleaning of both sides is completed.

Both ends of the metal flat plate 2a are supported by bearings so that the tip of the metal flat plate 2a presses against the shell receiving plate 21 placed above the entrance of the conveyance path 1 by its own weight, and the metal flat plate 2a is supported by a roller 6a. It is designed to reciprocate along the axial direction by utilizing the rotation of. The mechanism for swinging the metal flat plate 2a has a cam plate 14 fixed to the shaft end of the roller 6a so as to rotate integrally.
The arm rod 15 that comes into contact with the uneven outer surface of the cam plate 14 is connected and fixed to a metal flat plate 2a.The cam plate 14 is also rotated integrally by the roller 6a that rotates as the rubber belt 7 rotates. The arm rod 15 is moved back and forth depending on the amount of displacement of the unevenness 14a formed on the outer peripheral edge, and thereby the metal flat plate 2 is reciprocated in the width direction of the conveyance path 1.

It is pulled by hand through the cleaning means 3 of a, the rotary blade 5, the cleaning means 4 of the downstream side 1b, and the presser roll 22, driving the rubber belt 7 of the conveyance path 1 and simultaneously driving the cleaning means 3, 4 and the rotary blade 5. As a result, the shell 25 is inserted into the rubber belt 7 by the corrector 2 at the entrance.
Then, the outer surface is moved to the top after the adhered substances are removed by pressure water from the pressure water injection nozzle 3b and rubbing by the rotating brush 3a.
When the shell 25 crosses the top, the tip of the shell 25 floats away from the surface of the rubber belt 7, and seizing this moment, the elastic plate 5b of the rotary blade 5 kicks up the tip of the shell and turns it over, and the surface that has been cleaned is The other unwashed side corresponding to the rubber belt 7 is exposed. This inverted shell 25 is on the downward side 1b
The deposits are removed by the pressure water from the pressure water injection nozzle 4b of the cleaning means 4 disposed midway through and the rubbing of the rotating brush 4a, and are sent to the outlet. Therefore, one side of the conveyance path 1 can be cleaned on the upstream side 1a and the other side can be cleaned on the downstream side 1b.
By sequentially connecting the parts, cleaning work can be performed continuously. Moreover, in the above cleaning work, the rubber belt 7 of the conveyance path 1 receives the shellfish 25,
Since the straightener 2 is used to level the material, if pressure is applied to the shell 25 when removing deposits, the contact friction between the shell 25 and the rubber belt 7 will increase and the shell 25 will no longer slide, resulting in the ear hanging thread 24 No unreasonable force is applied, the ear hanging string can be prevented from being cut, and even if pressurized water is used, pressure water can be prevented from penetrating into the shellfish from the seawater injection port of the shellfish.

良いものである。 In the embodiments described above, the belt constituting the conveyance path 1 is not limited to a rubber belt, but may also be an endless wire mesh. Also, the metal flat plate 2 in the orthodontic device
The force with which a presses the shellfish 25 is not limited to the weight of the flat plate 2a, but it is also possible to use a spring or the like to press the shellfish 25 with a predetermined force.
In that case, it is optional to make the pressing force adjustable according to the size of the shellfish 25, etc. Further, the cleaning means 3 and 4 are not limited to a combination of a rotating brush and a pressure water jet nozzle, and may be used alone.

Since the other side is cleaned on the downstream side, the shells are caught by the belt on the conveyance path and are flattened, making it possible to clean the surface very effectively. Moreover, since the shellfish are received on the conveyance path and cleaned one side at a time, it is possible to eliminate excessive force from acting on the shellfish's selvage thread and the selvage hole, and prevent the selvage thread from being cut and the selvage hole from being damaged. This will prevent your ears from falling off. Furthermore, since the shellfish is cleaned flat, even if pressure water is used, it is possible to prevent the pressure water from entering the shellfish through the seawater injection port.

行なうことができる。 In addition, the cleaning device was equipped with a cleaning means midway between the upstream and downstream sides of the mountain-shaped conveyor, a rotary blade for reversing the shellfish at the top, and a corrector at the upper entrance. Because of this, it is possible to reliably clean one side at a time in each ascending and descending process, and it is also possible to flip the shellfish by capturing the moment when the tip of the shellfish lifts up over the top and kicking it up with a blade, making it impossible to flip the shellfish over. This can be done reliably without applying too much force.
