剤収納部の下方に数条の溝を形成した整列輪を設
け、この整列輪を回転させながら錠剤を溝に取り
込み摘出する構成である。かかる従来技術は錠剤
整列管や整列輪に取り込んだ錠剤を自然落下によ
り送出するために、摘出錠剤の検知はいずれも光
電式センサにて検出する方法が採られる。しかし
ながら光電式の検知は薬粉等の影響で感度が低下
したり、検知できない空間があつたりしてかなら
ずしも万全とはいえない。また特開昭60−197512
号公報には摘出した錠剤と直に接触して検知する
構成が開示されており、この方法であると検知ミ
スがなくなるために正確性の面では向上する。

動部材の進出のストロークに応じて相対的に前記
引掛具の内側或いは外側に位置し、引掛具の外側
に位置している状態で前記作動部材が錠剤取出口
に達して外方に進出すると引掛具との当接により
付勢されて移動する検知部材と、該検知部材の移
動を感知すると錠剤の摘出信号を発生する錠剤摘
出検出装置とから成り、前記所定位置における作
動部材の進出ストロークは、前記係止具と前記固
定壁の間に錠剤が保持されているか否かで決まる
