は上型ローラで第5図に示すように谷状(つづみ
状)の曲面からなる外周6とフランジ7と主軸8
とから構成したものである。さらに説明すると、
下型ローラ1は外周2が山状(太鼓状)であり、
前記したシート状物Aの底面a′をやや湾曲させて
離脱なく案内、送給するものである。特に側壁3
は内側に向つて傾斜した形状とし、シート状物A
の垂直片aを第6図に示すように上記側壁3に沿
つて案内すると共に、シート状物Aの端部をフリ
ー状態にして送出するものである。また、上型ロ
ーラ5は下型ローラ1の外周2に対応する谷状の
曲面からなる外周6で、かつ、下型ローラ1の幅
Wより1〜2mm程度広い幅W1に形成したもので
ある。これはシート状物Aの厚さと逃げの関係か
ら設定したものである。また、フランジ7は内側
面が垂直か、あるいは第7図に示すように傾斜す
るかのいずれかであり、主にシート状物Aの垂直
片aの折曲部分(角部)を部分的に案内し、その
末端部分を下型ローラ1の側壁3との組合せによ
りフリーとする構造のものである。なお、上、下
ローラ1,5は駆動部(図示せず)によつて同一
