ーバータイム料金となつて利用客に損害を与えて
しまう等、運営上各種の支障を来たす問題があつ
た。また、出庫口を複数設けた大型駐車場では、
出庫口毎に高価な料金精算機を設置しなくてはな
らないから、管理装置全体のコストが大幅に増加
してしまうといつた経済上の問題もあつた。

によれば、出庫許可時刻をタイムオーバーした場
合には、料金精算部に設置した料金精算機に所定
の料金を追加払いすることにより、新たな出庫許

この駐車券を用いて通常の出庫と同様に車輌を出
庫させることができ、従つて、出庫口に係員等を
配備する必要が無く、出庫管理を無人化できる利
点を発揮できるのであるが、本発明では特に、新
規出庫許可時刻の記録を始めとする新規駐車券の
発行処理を、全て料金精算機の演算処理装置と駐
車券処理機が併用してこれを行なうことができる
ため、再発行用の駐車券発券機とかトークン発行
機を別途設けていた従来のこの種管理装置に比較
して構成を大幅に簡略化でき、コストを低減化で
きる経済性を発揮できるものであつて、特に、多
数の車輌を駐車させることができ、且つ、複数の
出庫口を備える大型駐車場に実施して洵に好適で
ある。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 駐車場内又は駐車場以外の別の場所に設けた
料金精算部に、入庫時に発行された駐車券を差込
むと記録されている入庫時刻に基づいて駐車料金
を算出し、この算出された駐車料金を支払うと、
現在時刻に所定の時間を加算した出庫許可時刻を
上記の駐車券に記録して返却することができる演
算処理装置と駐車券処理装置とを備えた料金精算
機を設け、また、駐車場の出庫口には、上記出庫
許可時刻を記録した駐車券を差込むと、記録され
ている出庫許可時刻と現在時刻を照合し、現在時
刻が出庫許可時刻内である場合に出庫口ゲートを
開放し、また、現在時刻が出庫許可時刻をタイム
オーバしている場合には、出庫口ゲートを開放せ
ずに当該駐車券の返却を行なう出庫管理機を設け
て成るセントラルペイ方式の駐車場に於いて、 上記の料金精算機に、上記タイムオーバした駐
車券が差込まれると、シヤツタを開いて新規駐車
券の取出しを可能にする新規駐車券用収容部と、
上記の演算処理装置を作動して超過料金を算出す
る超過料金算出手段とを設け、更に、上記料金精
算機には、上記超過料金の支払いと上記新規駐車
券の差込みを受けると、上記の演算処理装置と駐
車券処理装置を作動して新規駐車券に新たな出庫
許可時刻を記録して返却する新規駐車券再発行手
段を設けたことを特徴とする駐車場管理装置。 2 前記の料金精算機に、駐車券の紛失ボタンを
