The body of a shirt press machine is made up of a plate-shaped body with expandable air pads on both sides to stretch the shirt without wrinkles, and the body is made of a hollow steel cylinder. It has a vertical core and its surface is covered with breathable padded material. The above-mentioned padding materials are usually made of cotton cloth or elastic synthetic resin, but since they have the property of absorbing moisture internally, if press work is performed continuously, the moisture contained in the shirt will be absorbed. Moisture such as washing water enters the inside of the pad material, and if the pressing operation lasts a long time, it accumulates and the pad material becomes damp. For this reason, there is a problem that the time it takes to dry the shirt gradually increases, resulting in a decrease in work efficiency.

がある。 In addition, in conventional torso stands, normal air is introduced and discharged into the air pad to expand and contract it, but if the air pad becomes damp due to the moisture in the shirt, normal air is removed. There is a problem that it is difficult to dry the shirt by just blowing it in. Also, during the press operation, the amount of heat applied is different between the part of the shirt that is pressed against the hot plate and the part that is expanded only by the air pad, resulting in uneven drying of the shirt. There are some easy problems.

である。 On the other hand, as a method for removing moisture from the pad material as described above, a method of suctioning the pad material from the inside can be considered. That is, it is considered that by sucking air into the inside of the pad material, the moisture contained therein can be sucked and removed. Conventionally, a torso stand equipped with such a suction type pad is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 48-55194.

ある。 However, with a body stand equipped with a suction type pad, the air suction absorbs moisture as well as the heat from the hot plate that is pressed, which lowers the temperature during pressing and conversely prolongs the drying of the shirt. There are drawbacks.

It is necessary to provide two circuits, one for introducing air from the suction pad and the other for suctioning air from the suction pad, which has the disadvantage of complicating the structure.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention covers a torso stand made of a plate-shaped fuselage body with expandable air pads on both sides, and presses the front and rear surfaces of the torso with a hot plate. The above-mentioned shirt press machine for press-finishing the shirt has a structure in which a cavity extending over the entire area of the main body is provided inside the body stand, and a hot air inlet communicating with the cavity and the air pad is formed in the body stand. .

In a shirt press machine configured as described above, when a shirt is placed over the body stand and hot air is introduced into the cavity and air pad, the hot air blown into the cavity evaporates the moisture absorbed inside the body stand. The torso is dried from the inside, and the hot air blown into the air pad expands the air pad and tensions the shirt.

The drying unevenness that occurs between the part of the shirt that is crimped to the hot plate and the part that contacts only the air pad is suppressed to a small extent, and the shirt can be finished evenly. Further, the hot air blown into the air pads 7 and 8 has the function of evaporating moisture that enters the air pads from the shirt, and has the effect of evenly drying the entire torso.

効果がある。 Furthermore, during pressing, the entire torso can be heated from the inside by hot air introduced into the cavity and air pad, which has the effect of speeding up the drying of the shirt and shortening the pressing time. In addition, by heating the air pad with hot air, it is possible to minimize drying unevenness that occurs between the part of the shirt that is pressed against the hot plate and the part that is expanded only by the air pad, resulting in a uniform press finish for the shirt.
