Fold the strip material 1 in half at the border, and
It has a configuration in which it is wound in a spiral shape around the corrugated sheet 1b with the corrugated sheet 1b inside. In addition, when winding the material 1 around the axis 2, the flat portion 1a of the adjacent bi-folded strip material 1 near the inlet side end of the medium
The gap between the corrugated portion 1b and the corrugated portion 1b is filled with adhesive 3 to form a seal portion. Details of the vicinity of the inlet end of the filter medium are shown in FIG. The medium is the second
As shown by the arrow in the figure, a flat plate-like part 1a and a corrugated plate-like part 1b
The liquid flows through the flow path formed between the flow path and is further cleaned while flowing through the walls of the flow path.

Corrugated portion 1b so that adjacent materials 1 do not come into contact with each other
However, the flat part 1a is better than the corrugated part 1.
The disadvantage is that when winding the material 1 around the axis 2, an extra portion is created in the flat plate-like portion 1a, which may crush the corrugated portion 1b and cause adjacent materials 1 to come into close contact with each other. There is.

The purpose of this is to measure the increase in excess area.

FIG. 3 shows an example of this. The pitch of the waves in one wave-shaped portion 4a of the strip material 4 is made larger than the pitch of the waves in the other wave-shaped portion 4b. In this embodiment, the inclinations of the waves on both sides are made equal in the longitudinal direction of the strip material. Figure 4 shows material 4 in Figure 3.
It shows the state when it is folded in half. When the corrugated portions 4a and 4b are provided on both sides as in this embodiment, the convex portions come into contact with each other. Further, as understood from FIG. 4 or FIG. 6 which will be described later, the corrugated portions 4a and 4b on both sides of the material 4 intersect with each other when the material 4 is folded in half. When the strip material 4 folded in half as shown in FIG. 4 is wound spirally around the axis, the pitches of the waves on both sides will interfere with each other, making it difficult for excess length to occur. FIG. 5 shows the material 4 of FIG. 4 wound into a spiral shape, and FIG. 6 shows details of the vicinity of the inlet end of the element.
The passing medium has corrugated portions 4a and 4b as shown by the arrows in FIG.

The convex portions of the corrugated portions 4a and 4b on both sides come into contact with each other, and a bag-shaped space 5 is secured between them, thereby preventing the two sides from coming into close contact with each other. Then, the contaminated air flows through the above-mentioned wave-shaped portions 4a and 4a as shown by the arrows.
The liquid flows through the flow path 5 formed between 4b and is cleaned while flowing through the wall of the flow path 5.

いる。 FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which corrugated portions 4a and 4b having the same pitch and the same inclination with respect to the winding direction are formed on both sides of the strip material 4. As in the previous embodiment, by folding the strip material 4 in half at the center, the ridges on both sides do not come into contact and come into close contact, and when wrapped around the shaft 6, the corrugated portions 4a and 4b on both sides interfere. There will be no excess length. Furthermore, structures such as those shown in FIGS. 8 to 11 may be used. Note that A in the figure indicates the wave-shaped portions 4a and 4b.
, and B indicates the troughs of the wave-shaped portions 4a and 4b.

る。 As described above, since the wavy portions are formed on both sides of the folded strip material and the material is wound in a spiral shape, when the material is wound in a spiral shape, the wavy portions on both sides This eliminates the need for extra length from interference between adjacent materials, and improves prevention of adhesion between adjacent materials. Moreover, the overarea increases.

用に供することができる。 Furthermore, since the corrugated portions on both sides of the material intersect with each other when the material is folded in half, in the over-element which is made into a spiral shape,
Since the fluid flow path formed between the two folds of the material is meandering, the fluid flowing through this flow path passes through the corrugated portion even on the way to the bottom of the flow path. . Therefore, unlike in the case where the flow path is straight, the overload does not concentrate at the bottom of the flow path, and the entire material of the overflow element can be subjected to the overload.
