As shown in Fig. 14, this tightening structure (other than the part where the partial hangers are attached) is made by attaching the hanging edges b, b on both sides of the cap material to the inward apexes a, a on both sides of the building board. It is folded flat and crimped. Theoretically, watertight construction is possible with such tightening, but in reality, the inward apexes a, a of the architectural boards often undulate in the longitudinal direction, causing deformation and strain, and as a result, they are not flat. If the folding and crimping process is not performed strongly, a plurality of small gaps are formed between the inward apex a and the drooping edge b, where capillary action acts, and rainwater easily enters the inside. In addition, because the fastening edge has an inward apex a that undulates in the longitudinal direction, it is often exposed to rainwater and is particularly prone to corrosion, resulting in poor rust prevention treatment and halving its durability. There were flaws.

したものである。 Therefore, the present invention has vertical parts formed on both sides of the main board, and a horizontal edge formed inward from the upper ends of the two vertical parts. The vertical portions are brought into contact with each other, and drooping portions are provided from both outer ends of the flat portion, and arcuate edges having an approximately L-shaped cross section that bulge outward and inward again are formed at the lower ends of the both drooping portions. The cap material is fitted over both opposing horizontal edges of an adjacent construction board, and both hanging parts are bent to the lower surface of the horizontal edge, and the lower surface of the arcuate edge is brought into close contact with the vertical part of the construction board. As a result, the locking part can be well prevented from rusting, which in turn enables long-term durability.
It also has superior watertightness and strength, which eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks.

In some cases, arcuate edges 4, 4 may be provided below the inner ends of the horizontal edges 3, 3 (see dotted lines in Figure 3 and dotted lines in Figure 9). The main plate 1 may have a bottomed V-shaped portion 1a with a relatively high height formed in the middle thereof (see FIGS. 1 to 3, etc.), or may be simply formed into a flat plate shape (see FIGS. 1 to 3). (See Figures 7 to 9, etc.). In the case of forming the plate into a flat plate shape, it is also possible to form a corrugated shape by continuously forming low-height ribs perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The architectural board A having the main board 1 in which the bottomed V-shaped portion 1a is formed is referred to as a folding plate type. Furthermore, the architectural board A having the flat main plate 1 is referred to as a flat plate type. Each of the architectural boards A has a main board 1 vertical parts 2, 2
It is composed of horizontal parts 3, 3 (which may include edges 4), which are formed by integrally forming a long metal plate using multiple stages of upper and lower forming rolls. B is a long cap material made of metal, and has hanging portions 6, 6 from both outer ends of a flat portion 5, and bulges outward at the lower ends of both hanging portions 6, 6 and inward again. Arc-shaped edges 7, 7 having a substantially L-shaped cross section facing toward the front are integrally formed (see FIG. 4). The vertical part 2 on one side of the building board A is in contact with the vertical part 2 on the other side of the adjacent building board A, and the cap material B is attached to both opposite horizontal sides of the adjacent building board A. It is fitted over the edges 3, 3, the base side of the hanging portion 6 is folded downward, and is crimped to the back surface of the horizontal edge 3, and the lower surface of the arcuate edge 7 is attached to the vertical portion 2 of the building board A. They are formed in close contact (sometimes with small gaps) (see Figures 2 and 8). At this time, an appropriate gap 8 is formed between the arcuate edge 7 and the horizontal edge 3. The above-mentioned fastening structure is a fastening structure for the outer enclosure other than the attachment point of the hanger 9, and in order to actually construct the outer enclosure such as a wall or roof, it is necessary to attach it to the hanger 9, etc. There is. There are multiple examples of the hanger 9, and the first

However, if the lower surface of the arcuate edges 7, 7 is in close contact with the vertical portion 2 of the architectural board A, the end of the arcuate edges 7, 7 simply folds back the hanging portion 6. As a result, the end portion of the cap material B can be made to be extremely resistant to corrosion, and the entire fastening section is protected from corrosion. It also has excellent corrosion resistance and can maintain durability for a long period of time. In recent years, there has been a particular demand for fastened enclosures such as roofs that have excellent corrosion resistance and are durable. The present invention satisfies the requirement for durability guaranteed for 10 to 20 years. Furthermore, when the lower surfaces of the arcuate edges 7, 7 are in close contact with the vertical portion 2 of the building board A, a gap 8 is formed between the arcuate edge 7 and the horizontal edge 3. This makes it possible to prevent the capillary phenomenon of rainwater, reliably block rainwater from entering from the closing part, and provide a closing structure with excellent rain closure (watertightness). Therefore, the present invention can overcome the drawback of poor rain sealing (watertightness) even when folded flat and crimped and fastened as in the past. Further, the presence of the arcuate edge 7 makes the finish of the end of the cap material B neat and orderly without waving in the longitudinal direction, increasing the section modulus and, in turn, making the fastening portion stronger.
