を覆うようにして棟包板を載せ、該棟包板を面戸
に固着した折版タイプの馳締屋根における棟装置
としたことにより、折版タイプの馳締屋根の棟部
箇所の熱伸縮による熱歪の発生を防止でき、さら
にその棟部箇所の雨仕舞(水密性)を良好にで

部5dが形成された屋根板5が主要構成部材をな
し、該屋根板5が屋根受金具2上に載せられ、そ
の屋根板5の下馳部5dに吊子4が係止されつゝ
該吊子4の底部が屋根受金具2の頂部に固着さ
れ、次いで隣接の屋根板5の上馳部5cが前位の
屋根板5の下馳部5d及び吊子4上に被嵌され、
その上馳部5cが屈曲されて馳締され、断面略?
状等の馳締部A1が形成され、その屋根板5の有
底V字状部5bの両側上辺が前記棟受金具3の一
側に載るように施工され、これらや順次繰返され
て棟受金具3の両側に折版タイプの馳締屋根Aが
葺成されている。又、第2実施例の折版タイプの
馳締屋根Aは、第5図、第7図に示すように有底
V字状部5bを有した屋根板5とキヤツプ材6と
が主要構成部材をなし、その屋根板5が屋根受金
具2上に適宜の間隔をおいて載せられ、該間隔内
に吊子4が挿入係止されて該吊子4の底部が屋根
受金具2の頂部にドリルビス、ボルト・ナツト等
にて固着され、その隣接する屋根板5,5及び吊
子4上にキヤツプ材6が被嵌され、これらの端が
適宜馳締され、瓦棒としての馳締部A1が形成さ
れて屋根施工されている。この瓦棒とした馳締部
A1の両側には、第7図に示すように馳締突部が
左右側上端に形成されている。又、第3実施例の
折版タイプの馳締屋根Aは第9図に示すように第
2実施例と同様な屋根板5とキヤツプ材2とが主
要構成部材をなし、その屋根板5が屋根受金具2
に載せられ、その屋根板5の側部端に吊子4が係
止されつゝこの底部が屋根受金具2に固着され、
次いで隣接の屋根板5の側部端がその吊子4の内
部に係止されて隣接する屋根板5,5の及び吊子
4上にキヤツプ材2が被嵌され、これらの端が適
宜馳締され、断面T字状等の馳締部A1が形成さ
れて施工されている。その馳締部A1は第7図、
第9図に示すように左右対称に形成されたり、或
いは第8図に示すように左右非対称に形成されて
いる。又、前記何れの折版タイプの馳締屋根Aに
おける吊子4と屋根板5とは挾持状態をなして取
