A heat pump device pumps up and utilizes heat from the air, and is a highly efficient device that consumes a large amount of energy per unit of power consumed. As shown in Figure 1, heat pump devices have traditionally been equipped with an outdoor unit 24 and an indoor unit 25.
It is used as a room air conditioner, and recently it is used as a second air conditioner.
As shown in the figure, a condenser 17 is connected to an outdoor unit 24 and is being used to heat a bathtub 15.

In addition, conventional air-cooled condenser devices have been designed to take in the cooling air of the air-cooled condenser in the summer or from outside and exhaust the heat outdoors, and in the winter, the cooling air of the air-cooled condenser takes in indoor air and exhausts the heat indoors. (Refer to Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-124252) A box housing a heat exchanger and two blowers via this heat exchanger is installed by penetrating the partition wall between indoors and outdoors, and By making the opening freely openable and closable, the cooling or heating and ventilation functions can be operated simultaneously or either independently, and in the case of independent operation, the air transport by each blower is independent of the other functions. An air conditioner (see Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-5372) has been proposed.

In addition, the structure described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-124252 has a structure in which the compressor and other parts are placed separately from the cover that houses the air-cooled condenser and the blower, which requires a large installation space, and also requires only cooling and heating. It has only one function, and in the summer, it wastes energy because it exhausts heat outside. In addition, Jikko Sho 53-5372
Although the device described in the above publication has a ventilation function in addition to cooling and heating, its structure requires at least two blowers, making it expensive.

Next, an embodiment of a heat pump device using the above-mentioned casing 7 is shown in FIGS. 11 to 15 (compressor etc. are omitted from illustration). FIG. 11 shows the case of bath heating, where 7 is a casing installed above an outer wall 14 between an indoor 6 such as a bathroom or washroom and an outdoor 5, and 17 is a refrigerant pipe 16 connected to this casing 7. This is a condenser connected to the bathtub 15 and provided inside the bathtub 15. In this case, normally, as shown by the dashed arrow in the figure,
Heat collection is performed by outdoor intake → outdoor exhaust, and the bath water is heated by passing the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant from the compressor in the casing 7 to the condenser 17 (the switching valve 20a is closed, and the condenser No refrigerant flows through 20).

Note that if there is a risk of frost forming on the evaporator 3 inside the casing 7 due to the low temperature in winter, the method is switched from indoor air intake to outdoor air intake as shown by the solid line arrow in the figure. Fig. 12 shows a case where the operation of the compressor inside the casing 7 is stopped and only the blower 4 is operated in forward and reverse directions for ventilation, and Fig. 13 shows the case of indoor cooling, in which waste heat is not released outdoors and the condenser 17 It can be used for bath heating. Note that 20 is another condenser installed in the apron 19 of the bathtub 15 in parallel with the condenser 17. FIG. 14 shows the case of indoor heating, where heat is collected from outdoor intake to outdoor exhaust, and in this case, heat is radiated from the condenser 20. Furthermore, FIG. 15 shows a case where laundry 23 is dried using heat dissipated from a condenser 20 installed in the apron 19 of the bathtub 15 in a bathroom or the like, and the heat is collected from outdoor air intake to outdoor exhaust (the broken line arrow in the figure). However, in the case of indoor air intake → indoor exhaust (indicated by the solid line arrow near the casing in the figure), the moisture evaporated from the laundry 23 can be condensed and the indoor air can be dehumidified, so the drying capacity can be improved. It becomes like this.

The heat pump device according to the present invention houses an evaporator, a blower, a compressor, and a pressure reducing device, and is installed in a casing that penetrates the outer wall of a bathroom or washroom, and has a portion facing outdoors and a portion facing indoors. Each of them includes a plurality of vents, a shutter for opening and closing the vents, and air that has come into contact with the evaporator by opening and closing the shutters from indoors to indoors, from indoors to outdoors, from outdoors to outdoors, and from outdoors to indoors. A condenser connected to the refrigerant piping in the casing is provided inside the bathtub installed in the bathroom and on the inside of the apron of the bathtub, respectively. Since a blower is attached to the condenser installed, it can be used for multiple purposes, such as heating and cooling the bathroom or washroom, heating bathtub water, and drying laundry, thereby increasing operating time. In addition to being easy to measure, the parts are housed integrally within the casing, making it more compact, which has the effect of lowering equipment costs as a whole.
