(問題点を解決するための手段)
本発明は、クリーンルームの壁部を壁パネルと
清浄設備ケーシングと消火設備ケーシングとで構

を設置し、清浄設備ケーシングはその前面下部に
空気吸込み口を、上部に空気吹出口をそれぞれ設
け、上記吹出口の背面に高性能フイルターを設
け、上記清浄設備ケーシング内部に空気を吹出口
へ送る送風機を収納してあると共に必要に応じて
空調機器を収納してあり、上記消火設備ケーシン
グは内部に消火機器を収納すると共にこの機器を
制御するコントロールボツクスを収納し、このボ
ツクスが上記火災感知器に電気的に接続している

弁12b,12cを開けることにより、消火設備
ケーシング3から室内へ放出した消火用のハロン
ガスを管11を通じてクリーンルーム外へ排出す
