本発明は、建物の外壁材として使用される建築

は、断熱性及び耐熱性にすぐれていることが重要
であり、このような断熱パネルとして各種のもの
が提案されているが、本発明は、かかる断熱材料
として、ロツクウールフエルトを主材として使用
し、更にこれに加えて繊維混入炭酸カルシウムセ
メント板及び亜鉛鉄板を複合させることによつ
て、断熱性、耐熱性、遮音性及び耐衝撃性に優
れ、しかも、軽量で作業性に優れた建築用パネル
を提供することを目的としてなされたもので、そ
の構成として、ロツクウールフエルトの一方の面
に繊維混入炭酸カルシウムセメント板を、他方の
面に亜鉛鉄板を積層したことを特徴とするもので

ツクウールフエルトであつて、本発明では、この
ロツクウールフエルト1の一方の面側に繊維混入
炭酸カルシウムセメント板2を、他方の側に亜鉛
鉄板3を積層してなるものである。図中4は、上
記ロツクウールフエルト1の周囲を囲むようにし
て、繊維混入炭酸カルシウムセメント板2と亜鉛
鉄板3との間に配置した溝形鋼5からなる鉄枠で
あつて、繊維混入炭酸カルシウムセメント板2
は、この鉄枠4へビス6にて固着され、亜鉛鉄板
3は、例えば接着等によつて取り付けられてい

が良好で、それゆえ、本発明の建築用パネルは、
断熱性及び防火性能に優れ、JIS.A1302の屋外防
火2級試験に充分合格しうるとともに、軽量で取
扱に優れたものが得られる。また、外壁パネルに
使用した場合の各材料の厚さは、繊維混入炭酸カ
ルシウムセメント板2で8ミリ、ロツクウールフ
エルト1で25ミリ、亜鉛鉄板3で0.3ミリ程度の
ものが使用される。本発明の発明者らは、これと
同様の発明を有する本実施例と同一構造のパネル
を用いて加熱試験及び衝撃試験を行つたところ、
上記屋外防火2級に充分合格できるものであるこ
とが確認された。尚、その際に使用した繊維混入
炭酸カルシウムセメント板2の組成割合(重量

断熱性、耐熱性、遮音性及び耐衝撃性に優れ、し
かも、比較的軽量であるため、取扱に便利で作業
