Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 コンクリートの洗い出し仕上げは従来より採用
されている仕上げ方法で、コンクリート表面の化
粧やコンクリート打継部の目荒しなどに応用され
ている。その原理は、コンクリート表面のセメン
トペーストを何らかの手段で洗い流して骨材を露
出させるものである。

を溶かしたり、リターダーと称するセメントの凝
結遅延剤を使用してコンクリート表面のセメント
の硬化を遅延させ、コンクリート硬化後水洗する
などの化学的な方法がある。

そしてセメントリターダーを使用する洗い出し
方法には次の2方法がある。

従来、一般に行なわれている上記コンクリート
面塗布法は、100cp(センチポイズ)以下の低粘
度のリターダーをコンクリート面に散布している
が、リターダーの塗布量の変動により、洗い出し
深さが変動したり、コンクリート表面に空隙が多
い部分ではリターダーが深く浸透して洗い出し深
さが過大となつたり化粧骨材が剥離したりすると
いう問題があつた。

本発明者等は種々実験研究の結果次の知見を得
た。即ち、第1図は化粧骨材1が剥離する様子を
図解したもので、aはリターダー2を散布した初
期状態、bは洗い出し直前の状態を示すものであ
る。

この場合、コンクリートの配合その他の条件に
より、リターダー2が毛細管現象により化粧骨材

本発明はこの知見に基づき更に実験研究の結
果、セメントリターダーの粘度を200〜2000cpと
することによりこの問題を解決したものである。

200cp以上の高粘度のリターダーを使用するこ
とにより、その塗布量が100〜500g/m2の範囲で
変動しても洗い出しの深さはほぼ一定となり、ま
たコンクリート表面に多少の空隙があつても洗い
出し深さはほぼ一定となる。

更にコンクリート上に型紙等を置いてリターダ
ーを塗布し、部分的な洗い出しも可能となり、不
良品発生の絶滅と、コンクリート仕上の多様化を

なおリターダーの粘度は2000cp以上となると、

リターダーとしてはグルコン酸、酒石酸、クエ
ン酸、リンゴ酸などのヒドロオキシカルボン酸の

時脱型のコンクリートブロツク5面に吹き付け、
コンクリートが硬化後水洗を行つて、化粧骨材6
を露出させた。
