板の製造方法に関し、基板の表面の全面に溶剤型
インキを塗布し、この上より紫外線硬化型クリア
を模様形状に印刷して紫外線照射により紫外線硬
化型クリアを硬化させ、次で紫外線硬化型クリア
被膜で覆われていず露出している溶剤型インキを
溶剤により溶解除去することを特徴とする建築板
の製造方法に係り、その目的とするところは溶剤
型インキによる模様と模様の表面に光沢を付与す
るクリアとを完全に同調させることができる建築

塩化ビニル等の合成樹脂製の基板1の表面の全面
に第1図に示すように塗布コーター2で溶剤型イ
ンキ3をベタ塗布する。次でグラビアオフセツト
印刷機4によつて紫外線硬化型クリア5を溶剤型
インキ3の上から基板1の表面に模様形状に印刷
する。さらに紫外線照射ランプ6で紫外線を照射
することにより、紫外線硬化型クリア5を硬化さ
せる。この後、拭取コーター8によつて溶剤型イ
ンキ5に用いられるのと同等の溶剤7を塗布する
と共に紫外線硬化型クリア5の被膜9で覆われて
いない部分の溶剤型インキ3をこの溶剤7で溶解
させて拭き取り除去する。このとき、紫外線硬化
型クリア5の硬化被膜9は耐溶剤性に優れるため
溶剤の影響を受けず、またこの被膜9で覆われて
いる溶剤型インキ3は被膜9で溶剤7より守ら
れ、除去されてしまうことはない。従つて第2図
aよりbへのように、模様形状に形成されている
被膜9の形状と対応して模様形状に溶剤型インキ
3が残り、第3図のように溶剤型インキ3で基板
1の模様装飾がなされるものである。このように
柄模様となる溶剤型インキ3はクリアの被覆9で
覆われるため、柄模様と基板1の地との間に光沢
差が生じ、柄模様が浮き上がつた感じとなり、柄
模様の実際の肉厚以上に模様の凹凸感を出すこと
