(作用)
プラスチツク射出成形機14の稼働中、プラス
チツクの溶融時の発生ガスが射出ノズル15の先
端部から漏出する。また、型締装置の動作部の潤
滑のための潤滑油のミストが外板16内に充満す
る。排気フアンによる吸引作用によつて、プラス
チツクの溶融時の発生ガスは、捕集フード3によ
り捕集されて排気ダクト1内に導され、集合ダク
ト4へと移動する。また、潤滑油ミストを含む空
気は、集合ダクト4内に導かれ、そこで前記発生
ガスと一緒になつて排気口7から、或は集合ダク
トを介せず直接に、排気フアン側に設けたフイル
ターにより清浄化された後クリーンルーム外に排
出される。発生ガスと潤滑油ミスト等の吸引量
は、風量バランス調整ダンパー6によりバランス
するよう調整される。ダンパー6はケーシング8
に設けた開閉カバー付き点検口17から操作され

に排気できるから、成形機が設置された空間、特

クリーンルームの清浄度を保ち得るので、射出成
形機による超精密製品の成形が可能となると共
に、クリーンルームのグレードを下げ、設備費及
び運転費を大巾に削減することが可能となる等の
