Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は鋸盤の切削制御方法に関わり、更に詳
細には鋸盤による切削中に過負荷切削の発生を検
出してコンピユータに入力し、鋸刃を切削部から
離して一定距離もどし、過負荷を避ける切削条件
に調整して再切削を行い、上記再切削を一定回数
実施しても過負荷切削を回避できない場合は鋸刃
を切削部から離して警報を発すると共に停止する
方法に関するものである。

する装置で、記憶装置31はこれらの入力データ
を記憶し蓄積する装置である。

報によつて、例えば20mmといつた所定の距離だけ
鋸刃を切削部から離して上昇させ、鋸刃の移動速
度とハウジングの下降速度(切込速度)の少なく
とも一方を増減して過負荷を回避して再切削を行
なうことにより切り曲りを防止するし、上記した
鋸刃の上昇再切削のサイクルを例えば3回繰り返
して4回目の過負荷を検出した場合には、前記し
たように20mm鋸刃を上昇させて停止すると同時に
警報を発する対応を行うので、冒頭に記載したよ
うに材質が異常に高硬度であつたり、鋸刃が摩耗
によつて切削性能が劣化している場合でも自動的
に臨機応変の対応をして切り曲りによる不良品が
発生するのを未然に防止することが可能となり従
来の方法の不都合を克服したのである。
