Conventionally, after a pattern is formed on the surface of the base material, that is, the surface of the base plate, by textile printing, a pattern is further formed by flexographic printing, and the pattern printing is performed by slightly covering the recessed part, that is, the base coated part. We manufacture decorative materials in the same way.

The present invention is capable of forming a flexographic printing pattern and textile printing by first printing a pattern partially by flexographic printing on a base coating, and then performing textile printing on at least other parts of the flexographic printing part. The above-mentioned problem is solved by creating a clear separation between the pattern and the boundary, so that the part of the pattern formed by textile printing appears to be raised.

The present invention includes a step of applying a base coat to the surface of the base material and drying it, a step of printing an appropriate pattern on the surface of the base material by flexographic printing, and then a step of applying at least one pattern on the pattern printed by the flexographic printing. It consists of the steps of printing a pattern by textile printing so that some parts overlap, and further printing an appropriate pattern by flexo printing on the pattern printed by textile printing again. This is a distinctive method for producing decorative materials.

An arbitrary pattern 2 is printed by flexo printing on the base material 1 which has been coated with a base coat and dried, and then unevenness is formed by textile printing, and the lower printing, that is, the pattern 2 by flexography, is printed. An arbitrary pattern, ie, pattern 3, is printed and dried so as to be partially concealed.

According to this method of manufacturing a decorative material, a clean surface with a clear boundary part 5 between the pattern 2 formed by flexographic printing and the pattern 3 formed by textile printing is produced.

A base coat is applied to the reinforced plywood surface with a resin-impregnated layer formed on the plywood surface, and the coating is applied at a temperature of 60 to 80℃ for 2 hours.
Allowed to dry for ~10 minutes. Next, a flexographic printing machine is used to print an arbitrary pattern in yellow, and the printing machine is used to print at a temperature of 60 to 80°C so that at least a portion of the pattern overlaps. Dry for 30-120 minutes under ℃. Through this treatment, a printed coating film with a thickness of 150 μm could be obtained. In this textile printing, a modified acrylic emulsion (solid content: 68%), 100 parts by weight, red granular pigment, 12 parts by weight, blue granular pigment, 12 parts by weight, was used as the textile printing ink.

According to the method for producing a decorative material according to the present invention, a base coating is applied to the surface of the base material, a pattern is first partially printed on it by flexographic printing, and then at least other parts of the flexographic printed area are printed by textile printing. As a result, the partition or boundary between the flexographic printing pattern and the textile printing pattern is clearly separated, and the textile printing pattern appears to stand out, resulting in a clean surface finish. In addition, the flexo-printed pattern portion appears to have depth, making it possible to finish the decorative material with a three-dimensional, deep pattern.
