When connecting such folding plates, generally the end of the folding plate 10 is placed on a tight frame 101 placed on the purlin material 100 as shown in FIG. 20 and the two folded plates 10 and 20 are attached to the bolt 30 and nut 3.
1, a method of tightening it to the tight frame 101 is adopted. In that case, the bolts 30 are set at the peaks of the folding plates 10 and 20.

On the other hand, as is clear from the figure, two folded plates 1
In order to prevent rainwater etc. from entering through the gap between the overlapping parts of 0 and 20, two folded plates 10 and 2 are used.
A sealing material S is interposed in a linear manner between 0 and 0. As is well known, this sealing material S is in the form of an amorphous semi-fluid, and is made of two folded plates 10,
20 is crushed into a flat shape by tightening the bolts.

However, as clearly shown in Figure 2, bolt 3
0 and nuts 31 are set at each peak of the folding plates 10, 20, the tightening force caused by them is not uniform in each part of the folding plates 10, 20, and the sealing material S is not applied to the folding plates 10, 20. Since the sealing material S is interposed in a continuous line between the peaks and valleys in the overlapping portion, the sealing material S is crushed more strongly and thinner in the vicinity of the bolt 30 where the tightening force effectively acts than in other parts. On the other hand, the sealing material S may protrude to both sides and the coating width may become wider than other parts. This tendency becomes greater as the bolts 30 or nuts 31 are tightened more strongly.

If the thickness of the sealant is uneven in this way, the sealing function will be incomplete, and if the thickness is extremely thin locally, the sealant itself may crack or crack, making it unable to perform its original sealing action. be. In particular, if the folding plates are made of a material with relatively large thermal expansion and contraction, such as polycarbonate, the sealing material will become even stronger due to thermal expansion and contraction in opposite directions at the overlapping portion of the two folding plates. Cracks and cracks are more likely to occur.

Additionally, the amount of protrusion when the sealant is crushed varies from part to part, and if the sealant is applied wider near the bolt than in other parts as described above, the appearance will be poor if the sealant is visible from the outside. Become. This results in a significant deterioration of the aesthetic appearance when the folded plate is used as a lighting material where aesthetic appearance is important.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and even if the overlapping parts of two folded plates are tightened with bolts and nuts set at each peak part as in the conventional case, the two folded plates will not work. To provide a sealing part construction method that does not produce locally thin parts in the sealing material interposed between the plates, and in which the width of the protrusion when the sealant is crushed by two folded plates and protrudes is the same in each part. By suggesting
The purpose is to maintain reliable sealing performance and improve the aesthetic appearance after construction by interposing a sealant.

In FIG. 3, the end of the folding plate 10 is placed on a tight frame 101 placed on the main building material 100, and a sealing material S is arranged in a line on the tight frame 101. It shows a state in which two spacers 1, 1 are arranged in parallel with an interval between them. The sealing material S is made of silicone or polysulfite, and as mentioned above, these are in the form of an amorphous semi-fluid, and are usually extruded from a tube, which is a so-called container, and arranged as described above. Ru. Further, the spacer 1 is made of a flexible material such as sponge or soft rubber, and is disposed continuously in the troughs and peaks of the folding plate 10, similarly to the sealing material S. In this case, spacer 1
may be attached to the folding plate 10 by attaching an adhesive or an adhesive to the material.

From this state, tighten the tight frame 1 as shown in Figure 5.
When the bolt 30 is pushed through the bolt 30 and the two folding plates 10 and 20, and the nut 31 is screwed into the upper end of the bolt 30 and tightened, the two folding plates 10 and 20 are connected by the tightening force. Note that the bolt 30 is stud-welded to the tight frame 101, and the folding plates 10 and 20 are inserted into it, and the nut 31 is tightened.
You can also tighten it with This allows sealing material S
is two folded plates 10 and 20 along with spacers 1 and 1.
Since the sealing material S is sandwiched between them and crushed into a flat shape, the sealing material S protrudes to both sides of the sealing material S compared to the original state. It does not protrude outside of 1. For this reason, the sealing material S is packed between the spacers 1 over its entire length, and its coating width is uniform over its entire length and does not become locally wide. That is, in this case, the spacers 1, 1 act as a formwork for the sealing material S.

On the other hand, the spacer 1 is also crushed together with the sealing material S as described above, but since it is not semi-fluid like the sealing material S, once it is crushed to a certain extent, it will not be crushed any further. Therefore, the screwing amount of the nut 31 is regulated by the spacer 1. In other words, the gap between the two folded plates 10 and 20 is almost constant regardless of the distance from the bolt 30, and as a result, the sealing material S is crushed more than necessary in the vicinity of the bolt 30, resulting in an extremely thin wall. Therefore, each part has a uniform wall thickness. For this reason, the sealant becomes locally thinner than in the past.
There is no risk of cracks or cracks occurring in that area.

As is clear from the detailed explanation above, according to the sealing part construction method according to the present invention, it becomes possible to easily form a layer of sealing material with the same width and thickness in each part, and moreover, by the action of the spacer, Since the sealing material is also prevented from becoming extremely thin, a folded plate with a good appearance can be obtained without any cracks or cracks in the sealing material.

In particular, the method for constructing a seal portion according to the present invention is useful when a folding plate is used as a lighting material where aesthetic appearance after construction is important.
