- 緯糸異常検出部からの緯糸異常信号と緯糸以外
の異常を検出する他原因検出部からの緯糸外異常
信号とを制御機能部に取り込んで織機のパターン
信号発信部からのパターン信号による製織運転を
停止するパイル織機の異常停止装置において、前
記制御機能部を、緯糸異常信号が取り込まれたと
きと織機がパイル組織以外の組織の製織運転中で
緯糸外異常信号が取り込まれたときとはパターン
信号に優先して織機の製織運転を停止する一方、
織機がパイル組織の製織運転中で緯糸外異常信号
が取り込まれたときはパターン信号にもとづいて
織機の製織運転をグランド筬打ち織成サイクルに
停止する構成にしたことを特徴とするパイル織機
の異常停止装置。
