There are methods that apply pressure to the cassette as well as methods that apply pressure to the cassette when the cassette is lifted, and methods that use a spring to constantly bias the cassette in the mounting direction and use that bias to apply pressure to the cassette. Furthermore, since the load is increased and the cassette pressing force must be exerted, the load when attached is considerably large. Also, the load when attached is not as large as the former, but the opposite is true when it is not attached. As the load increases, a high load is applied to the holding part that holds the non-mounted position, which has the drawback of causing a negative effect on cassette ejection.

A leaf spring is provided so that a pressing force on the cassette is exerted by the stroke of advancing the head plate when the cassette is attached, so that the pressing force on the cassette is exerted only when the cassette is attached.

着動作に支障をきたさないよう構成してある。 Next, the operation will be explained. First, when the cassette 3 is inserted as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 7-A, the cassette 3 pushes aside the engaging portion 7a of the cassette engaging piece 7 and enters into contact with the engaging bent portion 7b, causing the cassette to engage. Start sliding the piece 7. By this sliding, the cassette engaging piece 7 is moved to the guide stepped portion 5b of the cassette hanging plate 5.
In order to remove it, insert it correctly into the reel die hole of cassette 3. At this time, the cassette operating rod 9 rotates in conjunction with the sliding of the cassette engaging piece 7, so that the first power assist operating rod 11 also operates.
As a result of this operation, the engaging portion 11d of the power assist actuating rod 11 pushes the spring bent portion 32a of the second power assist actuating rod 32, as shown in FIG. By operating the second power assist operating rod 32, the stop lever operating portion 32c of the operating lever 32 rotates the stop lever 24 clockwise against the biasing force thereof, thereby releasing the restriction on the rotation of the power assist gear 22. Due to this restriction being lifted, the gear 22 is activated by the power assist gear biasing spring 23.
The small diameter gear 21 of the intermediate gear 21 rotates with the urging force of
It engages with a and starts power assist. By starting this power assist, the power assist gear 2
The second roller pin 25 rotates and engages with the first engaging portion 32d of the second power assist operating rod 32, thereby causing the operating rod 32 to slide. At this time, the second power assist operating rod 32 moves the first power assist operating rod 11 to its first position via the second spring 33.
The cassette 3 is slid against the spring 14, and the cassette operating lever 9 and the cassette engaging piece 7 are actuated to draw the cassette 3. This retraction is shown in Figures 5-B and 7-
The position shown in Figure B, that is, the first power assist operating rod 1
The sliding end position of No. 1 is the retracting end position of the cassette 3. At this time, the position control pin 38 of the cassette suspension plate member 5 is still connected to the second power assist operating rod 32.
Since the cassette 3 is located on the first plane portion 34a of the cam member 34, the cassette 3 does not fall. At this time, the second engaging portion 32e of the second power assist actuating member 32 is in the sixth position.
- The power assist locking lever 40 is rotated against the spring force by contacting the first slope 40aa of the engagement groove 40a of the power assist locking lever 40 shown in Figure A, and when the locking lever 40 is further rotated, the second The engaging portion 32e is the sixth
- It enters into the engagement groove 40a as shown in Figure B. When the power assist gear 22 further rotates and the roller pin 25 disengages from the first engaging portion 32d of the second power assist operating rod 32, the lock pin 42 of the power assist locking lever 40 engages the locking lever 40. First locking portion 43 of operating rod 43
Since the locking sliding rod 43 is rotated beyond the angle a, the electromagnet 46 is rotated beyond the magnet rotation lever 44.
The position is fixed by adsorption. Thereupon, the engagement is disengaged, and the locking lever 40 is returned counterclockwise by its locking lever spring 41, so that the locking pin 42 of the locking lever 40 is moved to the first position of the locking sliding rod 43.
It is primarily locked by the locking part 43a, and the second engaging part 32e of the second power assist operating rod 32 is also locked by the second slope 40ab of the engaging groove 40a of the power assist locking lever 40. . Also, in this primary locking state, the second power assist actuating rod 32 moves further forward than the state shown in Figure 5-B, and the second power assist actuating rod 32 moves forward while holding the first power assist actuating rod 11 at the sliding end position.
Stretch the spring 33 further. On the other hand, the position control pin 38 of the cassette suspension plate member 5 slides down the first slope of the cam member 34 of the second power assist actuating rod 32, so that the cassette is attached. Also, at this time, the cassette hanging plate member 5 is rotated by the tension spring 17 as shown in Fig. 7-c and presses the cassette storage frame member 4 to achieve the cassette installed state, but the cassette is not moved from the non-installed position to the installed position. When rotating, the cassette engaging piece 7 on the cassette hanging plate member 5
The cassette operating rod 9 also rotates about the cassette hanging plate shafts a and 6b together with the hanging plate member 5.
The engaging piece 7 on the hanging plate 5 and the operating rod 9 are attached to the support shaft 6.
Since it is located above a and 6b, it attempts to rotate in the cassette ejection direction, but since the cassette operating rod 9 is engaged with the engagement pin of the power assist operating rod 11, rotation is prevented. However, a relief part 5c is provided in the cassette hanging plate member 5 so that the cassette engaging piece 7 can be slid beyond the cassette retraction end position shown in FIG. It is configured so that it will not cause any damage.

は明白であろう。 Next, the operation after the primary locking is shown in Figures 6-B and 6.
-Explain using diagram C. Now, when the power assist gear 22 rotates further from FIG. 6-B, the roller pin 25 of the gear 22 comes into contact with the engagement bent portion 40c of the power assist locking lever 40, causing the locking lever 40 to rotate. . This rotation causes the locking pin 42 of the locking lever 40 to release the lock release slope 4 following the second locking portion 43b of the locking sliding rod 43.
3c is pushed against the attraction force of the electromagnet 46 to mechanically release the attraction state between the electromagnet 46 and the rotary lever 44. When the power assist gear further rotates and the engagement bending portion 40c of the power assist locking lever 40 is disengaged from the roller pin 25, the lock pin 42 of the locking lever 40 is moved to the second position of the locking sliding rod 43. Since it has rotated beyond the locking portion 43b, even if the lock is released, it is returned by the locking lever spring 41 and is locked by the second locking portion 43b. At this time as well, the second power assist operating rod 32 is slid forward and locked by the second slope 40ab of the engagement groove 40a of the power assist locking lever 40. At this time, the position control pin 38 of the cassette suspension plate member 5 is pressed by the cassette support rotation spring 37 attached to the second power assist operating rod 32 shown in FIG. 5-C. Pressure is applied. Further, due to the sliding of the second power assist actuating rod 32 after the first locking, the third engaging portion 32f of the actuating rod 32 engages with the first engaging portion 61 of the power assist interlocking rod 61 as shown in FIG.
The second interlocking rod 61 is slid forward in contact with a.
The head plate operation plate 63 is rotated by the engagement pin 61b of the engagement portion, and the head plate 50 is advanced through the rotation lever 65 to achieve the PLAY state, and the head plate 50 is moved to the PLAY state at the position shown in FIG. 6-C. 2 is locked and the cassette installation is completed. Also, the cassette is ejected using the electromagnet 46.
It is obvious that by turning OFF, the respective spring biasing forces operate in sequence and the cassette is ejected.
