後ランプを取外していたが、この場合にはランプ
の取外しが面倒であるばかりでなく、新しいラン
プの取付け時そのランプ位置がずれることが多く
このため照明の一様性が保証できない欠点があつ
た。

くされ且つ奥に向けて徐々に狭くなるように形成
されており、該案内部分の奥の部分には奥の部分
の背面側から前記入口部に向けて前記一方の端子
部材が延び出ており、該一方の端子部材とは反対
の側であつて複写機の手前側の端子部材は、両端
子部材によりランプを圧接保持するように、弾性
導電材で成る細長いアーム状部材で成り、該反対
側端子部材のアーム部分は、ランプを圧接解除す
るよう変位可能にしたことを特徴とするランプ保
持機構が提供される。これにより、ランプの取外
しの際には端子部材の1つを圧接とは反対の方向
に引くことによりランプの保持が外れ、ランプを
複写機から取出すことができる。また新しいラン
プを装着させる場合にも、ランプの一方の端を案
内部材の中空穴の入口部から徐々に挿入し、これ
によりランプの一端は1つの端子部材に接触し、
この状態でランプ他端を他の端子部材により保持
圧接させるという簡単な作業で済む。装着時、端
子部材の位置は変化しないので、ランプの位置は
製造組立時の適正な位置となることが保証され
る。

いた。これらの不具合を解消するのが本発明であ
る。以下、露光ランプ3を代表して本発明の実施
例を説明するが他のランプでも同様に適用でき
る。

により複写機フレーム(図示せず)に固着されて
いる。端子部材12は先端部13と取付け部材1
5との間がやや長くされ、この部分に弾性が与え
られている。このため金属端子12は弾性材で成
るのが好ましい。

の先端部13に接触し、この状態で他方の端子部
材12の把手部24をもつて一度撓め、先端部1
3をランプ3の端に圧接するとランプの再装着が
簡単に行なわれる。他の取付方法としては、第3
図に示すように、把手部24の設けられた端子部
材12の先端部13にランプ3の端11を圧接し
た状態で他方のランプ端11を案内部材17の中
空孔に挿入する方法もある。

ンプ交換作業に伴なう照明むらの問題もなくな

機構において、複写機の奥側に設けた一方の端子
部材のランプ端部の周囲に中空の案内部分を設
け、この案内部分の穴は、入口部がランプの径よ
り大きくされ且つ奥に向けて徐々に狭くなるよう
に形成されており、該案内部分の奥の部分には奥
の部分の背面側から前記入口部に向けて前記一方
の端子部材が延び出ており、該一方の端子部材と
は反対の側であつて複写機の手前側の端子部材
は、両端子部材によりランプを圧接保持するよう
に、弾性導電材で成る細長いアーム状部材で成
り、該反対側端子部材のアーム部分は、ランプを
圧接解除するよう変位可能にしたことを特徴とす
るランプ保持機構。
