[Prior Art] As described in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-221957, the present inventor developed a rectangular wave with a frequency of about 0.5 to 2 Hz, a pulse width of about 1/200 to 1/600 seconds, and a pulse interval. Treatment of alopecia areata, middle age alopecia, etc. by iontophoresis of aminovinyl photosensitive dyes using low frequency voltage obtained by superimposing biphasic action potential waves of approximately 1/20 to 1/300 seconds. It has already been found that significant effects can be obtained.

This treatment method usually requires at least 30 minutes, preferably at least 1 hour, for each treatment, and therefore requires a hand-held operation as described in JP-A No. 58-221957. In the case of electronic therapy devices of this type, if electricity is applied for a long time, it becomes extremely painful to support the electronic therapy device with one's hands, making it difficult to achieve the desired therapeutic effect.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present inventor has conducted extensive research in order to eliminate these drawbacks of the conventional technology, and has connected a plurality of strip-shaped conductors provided with a wide wettable electrode portion in a rotatable manner, and By attaching a flexible belt to the subject's head, it eliminates the trouble of having to hold and operate the device in the subject's hands during use, and enables safe and comfortable energization for long periods of time. This makes it possible to easily achieve the desired therapeutic effect.

In addition, by rotatably connecting a plurality of band-shaped conductors in this way, conductors of the same shape and material can be made into a unit that can be freely connected and removed, and the number of conductors, area, and This means that the area ratio between the positive electrode and the negative electrode can be changed freely.

Furthermore, since the active ingredient in the aminovinyl photosensitive dye is positively charged in solution, the negative electrode, which is not involved in treatment, may cause unnecessary irritation to areas other than the affected area, discomfort, pain, inflammation, burns, etc. In order to minimize the side effect of The electrode was electrically connected so that it was wider than the positive electrode, so that the current density at the part that came into contact with the negative electrode was smaller.

That is, in the present invention, the reason why the positive electrode is made larger in area than the negative electrode is to reduce the area of the positive electrode that is directly involved in ion introduction of the aminovinyl photosensitive dye and increase the current density per unit area. On the other hand, the negative electrode suppresses the current density per unit area to less than the human body's stimulation threshold, thereby preventing unnecessary stimulation of areas other than the affected area. Minimizes irritation and unwanted side effects.

That is, in the present invention, a plurality of band-shaped conductors each having a wide wettable electrode portion are rotatably connected, and flexible belts are attached to both ends of the conductor, so that the conductor can be attached to the subject's head. A low-frequency oscillator is attached to the back of the electrode part of the strip-shaped conductor, and its output end is electrically connected via an output regulator, on/off switch, etc. so that the negative electrode is wider than the positive electrode in terms of area. The main feature of this electronic therapy device is that the positive electrode ion-introduces an aminovinyl photosensitive dye that promotes hair growth into the scalp of a subject.

[Example] The conductor 1 is formed into a strip shape, and the electrode portion 2 is widely provided on the inner surface thereof. The surface of this electrode part 2 is covered with a covering 3 made of a water-retaining material such as a water-containing cloth or sponge to form a wet electrode.
In addition, a plurality of strip-shaped conductors 1, for example, three as shown in the figure, are provided and rotatably connected by appropriate connectors 4, and these strip-shaped conductors 1', 1'', 1
Flexible belts 5 are provided on both sides of the body, and the belt-shaped conductors 1', 1'', 1 can be attached to the subject's forehead by means of the flexible belts 5. It is preferable that the band-shaped conductor 1 is curved or made of a material that can be curved to ensure the crimping. The low-frequency oscillators 6 and 7 are The low-frequency oscillators 6 and 7 are constructed of an oscillation circuit, a power supply battery, an on/off switch, a polarity changeover switch, a variable resistor for output adjustment, etc. For example, the low frequency oscillator 6 houses a power supply battery B together with an on/off switch S, and the low frequency oscillator 7 houses an oscillation circuit A and a variable resistor Rc for adjusting its output. As the oscillation circuit A, for example, a known circuit such as a blocking oscillation circuit or a multivibrator circuit may be used, and it generates a rectangular wave, a pulse wave, a sine wave, a half-moon wave, a triangular wave, an exponential wave, etc. Any voltage that can be applied between the child and the conductor is sufficient. Among them, an oscillation circuit that oscillates a biphasic action potential wave with a pulse width of about 1/600 to 1/200 seconds and a pulse interval of about 1/300 to 1/20 seconds, as shown in FIG. It is equipped with an oscillation circuit that oscillates a rectangular wave with a frequency of approximately 0.5 to 2 Hz as shown in Fig. 3B and consists of only positive current components, and a low frequency wave formed by superimposing both waves as shown in Fig. 3C. For example, it is preferable to use an oscillation circuit as shown in FIG. 4, which can supply a current, and can have effects such as promoting hair growth, promoting scalp metabolism, and recovering from fatigue.

In the case shown in Fig. 1, three strip conductors 1',
1'', 1 are connected to the low frequency oscillation circuit A via the on-off switch S, the output adjustment variable resistor Rc, etc. so that two of them become negative electrodes, and the negative electrode is the positive electrode in terms of area. Make it wider, usually
The ratio is several times, preferably about 2 to 5 times, and by using the negative electrode as an indifferent conductor,
The current density of the skin in contact can be lowered, and unnecessary stimulation of the head skin caused by the indifferent conductor can be significantly reduced.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the electronic therapy device of the present invention is configured as described above, the conductor can be brought into close contact with the affected area without bothering the patient. Therefore, long-term iontophoresis treatment can be carried out extremely comfortably, and compared to known electronic treatment devices, the desired hair growth effect can be achieved extremely easily. It can be used very advantageously for the treatment and prevention of.

In addition, in the electronic therapy device of the present invention, the area of the negative electrode, which serves as the indifferent conductor, is provided wider than the positive electrode, thereby lowering the current density on the skin and significantly reducing unnecessary stimulation of areas other than the affected area by the indifferent conductor. Therefore, it has the practical benefit of allowing treatment to be continued safely and comfortably for a long period of time without causing side effects such as discomfort, pain, inflammation, and burns.
