Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 移動金型を固定した上側可動盤を固定金型を
固定した固定盤に対してタイバーにて上下動させ
る竪型射出成形機の型締装置において、固定盤の
下面側にラツクまたはピニオンを固定し、前記の
ラツクと噛合するピニオンまたは前記のピニオン
に噛合するラツクをタイバー側に固定し、ピニオ
ンを駆動するブレーキ付可逆モータを設け、該モ
ータを正または逆に回転させて上側可動盤を固定
盤に対して上下動させることを特徴とする竪型射
出成形機の型締装置。 2 両側面に歯部を有するラツクを固定盤に設
け、該ラツクに噛合する一対のピニオンをタイバ
ー側に設けた特許請求の範囲第1項記載の竪型射
出成形機の型締装置。 3 一対のラツクをタイバー側に設け、該ラツク
に噛合する一対のピニオンを固定盤側に設けた特
許請求の範囲第1項記載の竪型射出成形機の型締
装置。 4 移動金型を固定した上側可動盤を固定金型を
固定した固定盤に対してタイバーにて上下動させ
る竪型射出成形機の型締装置において、固定盤の
下面側にラツクまたはピニオンを固定し、前記の
ラツクと噛合するピニオンまたは前記のピニオン
に噛合するラツクをタイバー側に固定し、ピニオ
ンを駆動するブレーキ付可逆モータを設け、かつ
上側可動盤にピストンを嵌合するシリンダを形成
し、該ピストンの下面に移動金型を固定し、該モ
ータを正または逆に回転させて上側可動盤を固定
盤に対して上下動させると共にシリンダに圧油を
導入して型締めを完了させることを特徴とする竪
型射出成形機の型締装置。 5 両側面に歯部を有するラツクを固定盤に設
け、該ラツクに噛合する一対のピニオンをタイバ
ー側に設けた特許請求の範囲第4項記載の竪型射
出成形機の型締装置。 6 一対のラツクをタイバー側に設け、該ラツク
に噛合する一対のピニオンを固定盤側に設けた特
許請求の範囲第4項記載の竪型射出成形機の型締
装置。
