が設けられている(後に説明する第10図、第1
1図、第13図及び第14図参照)。そのため筆
記部9及び筆記部先端近傍の空気孔はこの空気室
のくぼみ内で密封状態となるようにしている。そ
して、シールキヤツプ4が最上方位置にあるとき
は透通孔2の後方位置にきて透通孔2をふさぎ、

に前進させたり後退させたりする操作をするだけ
で、シール状態にしたり筆記状態にしたりできる
ので、きわめて便利である。また、空気孔を筆記
部先端近傍に設けて空気孔と筆記部をシールキヤ
ツプ4の小容量くぼみに嵌着して密封するように
したので、空気孔及び筆記部からの筆記具の筆記
用液の蒸発量が少なくて好ましい。さらにまた、
構造が簡単であるので、安価に製造できる。筆記
具全体や筆記部材8の形状も、特異なものにする
必要はない。

する収納室3を上記透通孔2の後方に透通孔2に
連続して設けるとともに、この収納室3の後部に
筆記部材出入用の開孔を中央に設けた仕切り材5
を配設して上記シールキヤツプ4を収納室3内に
筆記具軸心部とその側方の筆記具側方部との間を
自重で移動可能に収納し、 筆記具先端部に対して筆記部材8をスプリング
に抗して後退移動させて筆記部9を仕切り材5の
後方へ後退させたときに、シールキヤツプ4を収
納室3の筆記具軸心部に自重で移動自在としてシ
ールキヤツプ4のくぼみを筆記部9にスプリング
を介して弾性的に押動して嵌着自在に形成、また
はシールキヤツプ4を収納室3の筆記具側方部に
自重で移動自在として筆記部9を収納室3を挿通
して筆記具先端部の透通孔2から突き出し自在に
形成したことを特徴とする筆記具。
