(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は、電子レンジ用焼きおにぎり製造具及
び焼きおにぎりの製造方法、さらに詳しくは、い
わゆる焼きおにぎりを電子レンジによつて製造す
るための製造具と、電子レンジを利用して焼きお

や外観を損なわないように適度な焦げ目を握飯に
つけるのは意外と困難であり、又、このような適
度な焦げ目をつけるためには、弱火で焼く必要が

(問題点を解決するための手段)
本考案は、このような目的を達成するために、

用するという全く新規な技術思想の下に、電子レ
ンジ用焼きおにぎり製造具及び焼きおにぎりの製
造方法としてなされたもので、電子レンジ用焼き
おにぎり製造具としての特徴は、所望形状に成形
された握飯1と、該握飯1の少なくとも一側面に
設けられ且つ電子レンジによつて発熱可能な発熱
体2とで構成したことにあり、又、焼きおにぎり
の製造方法としての特徴は、電子レンジによつて
発熱可能な発熱体2を、所望形状に成形された握
飯1の少なくとも一側面に接触させた状態で電子
レンジ内に収納し、次に電子レンジを作動して前
記握飯1を加熱するとともに、前記発熱体2を発
熱させて該発熱体2と接触する握飯1の側面に焦

合とほとんど変わらない焼きおにぎりが製造でき

ることによつて発熱体と接触する握飯の少なく
とも一側面に焦げ目をつけて焼きおにぎりを製
造するものなるため、本来食品を加熱するため
の電子レンジによつて焼きおにぎりを製造でき
るという従来予期できない効果を有するに至つ
