製造方法に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention is characterized in that support bars are arranged parallel to each other on the entire back surface of a natural stone slab in a cross-shaped pattern, and at any point on these support bars, opposing Then, after drilling wire holes in the stone slab from one recess to the other, the wire holes and supporting bars running perpendicular to each other are firmly tied together with a binding wire. This invention relates to a method for manufacturing reinforced stone slabs, which allows a wide section of stone slabs to be manufactured robustly while maintaining aesthetic appearance by fixing a reinforcing material to the entire back surface of the stone slabs, and enables efficient and safe construction.

的な施工方法である。(Prior art) Natural stone slabs such as marble, which have traditionally been attached to entrances and lobbies of buildings, are cut from high-quality stone with no cracks for aesthetics, robustness, and workability, so the area of the stone slabs is also limited. Most of them are less than 1m2 , and the thickness of the stone slab itself increases as the area becomes wider. However, when constructing such a stone slab, since the back side of the stone slab is a smooth surface, even if support bars are attached directly to the stone slab and it is fixed to the ground wall with reinforcing material, peeling or cracking will occur, so the stone slab will not be suitable for use. There is no other option but to attach the stone slab directly to the ground wall, so small holes are drilled in both shoulders of the upper end of the stone slab and the tip of the wire is buried inside the hole.
When carrying out the installation, the back of both shoulders is cut off slightly inward, the tip of the wire is pulled out from here, the wire is tied to the reinforcing bars installed on the ground wall, and the wire is tied and fixed, and then fixed together with mortar. This is a common construction method.

る。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in this method of manufacturing and constructing stone slabs, in order to cut stone slabs from high-quality stone without cracks, it is necessary to cut only relatively small sections of stone slabs of less than 1 m 2 as described above. Moreover, the slab is cut out thickly, making it expensive, and the thickness and weight of the slab reduces construction efficiency, and at the same time, the stone slab itself is a small section and there are only a small number of means for fixing it. The strength of the wall to which the stone slabs are attached is weak, so cracks and misalignment occur easily at the joints of the stone slabs, and it takes a long construction period and many years of skill acquisition to ensure that the stone slabs are firmly attached to each other. Currently, the price of stone slabs and their construction costs are skyrocketing.

る。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was created in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to make it possible to increase the section area of one stone plate as much as possible, and to reduce the thickness of the stone plate. The purpose is to reduce the price and improve the efficiency of construction by making it easier to install.
Support bars are arranged in parallel to each other on the entire back surface of the thinly cut natural stone slab, and an appropriate number of recesses are cut facing each other, and a binding wire is inserted through a wire hole drilled between the two to form a stone slab. and supporting bars are firmly tied together, and a reinforcing material is fixed to a certain thickness on the entire back surface of the stone slab to integrate them, making the stone slab strong and easy to construct even if it is a wide-section stone slab.

る。(Function) The present invention provides support bars in the form of parallel grids on the entire back surface of a relatively thinly cut wide stone slab, and also cuts an appropriate number of support bars between the recesses facing the back surface of the stone slab. It is tightly bound by a binding wire that is inserted through a wire hole drilled in the wire hole, and a reinforcing material is fixed to the entire surface with a constant thickness as a backing material.
Even if the stone slabs are thin and easily broken, they can maintain sufficient strength. According to the present invention, even if the stone slabs have some cracks or are made up of small sections, they can be gathered together to form a large area body. It exhibits an extremely useful action that has never been seen before, such as being able to be used as a stone plate.

..., 4, 4'... are arranged in a grid pattern, and among these supporting bars 3, 3', 4, 4', the supporting bars 4, 4' are in direct contact with the back surface 2 of the natural stone plate 1. ……
Sandwiching and facing each other, cut out an appropriate number of recesses 5, 5'...
Next, wire holes 6 are drilled in the stone plate from one recess 5 to the other recess 5', and a corrosion-resistant and strong binding wire 7 such as a metal wire or reinforced fiber is inserted through the wire hole 6. Tightly tie the support bars 4, 4' on the top surface,
Further, reinforcing material 8 such as mortar or plastic bonding material is fixed to the entire back surface 2 of this stone plate 1 to a certain thickness, and 9 and 9' in the figure are bent portions of the ends of support bars, 10, 10' is a fitting hole.

同様の効果が得られるものである。 The present invention is constructed as described above, and the supporting bars 3, 3'..., 4, 4'... disposed on the entire back surface 2 of the natural stone slab 1 are arranged depending on the size of the stone slab to be manufactured. The thickness and the number of the support bars are selected appropriately and they are arranged in a grid pattern, and the support bars 3, 3'... and the support bars 4,
The strength of the intersection with 4' will be further increased by welding, and as shown in the figure, the respective support bars 3, 3'...,
4, 4'... are provided with bent portions 9, 9' at the ends thereof, and fitting holes 10, 10' are bored at the corners of the back surface 2 of the stone plate 1, so that the respective supporting bars 3, 3'... ...,4,4'...
By fitting the bent portions 9, 9' into the fitting holes 10, 10', the strength of the framework of the stone slab 1 itself increases, and at the same time, the bent portions 9, 9' can be fitted into the fitting holes 10, 10'.
It can be used efficiently as a foothold for installation. Also, there are support bars 4, 4' on the back side 2 of the stone plate 1...
The recesses 5, 5', which are cut facing each other and sandwiching the ..., are not limited to the semicircular shape shown in the figure, but can be formed by continuously cutting a concave groove in the entire short direction of the back surface 2. A similar effect can also be obtained.

In order to increase the partition area of a single stone slab as much as possible, and to make the thickness of the stone slab as thin as possible, we placed support bars on its entire back surface so that it would be strong and durable. Since the striations and the stone slab are firmly tied together with a binding wire and then integrated with a lighter reinforcing material, the price of the stone slab can be reduced, and the construction can be carried out safely and efficiently. Its utility value is enormous, such as its ability to conserve resources and have multipurpose effects.
