にはバツクバー16,17が固着されている。各
巻線の端部は所定の長さだけ引き出されている。
また、一端がジンバルばね11に半田付けされて
なるアース線18も各巻線の端部と平行に引き出
されている。符号19は消去コアに施された巻線
の巻始め端部、20はその巻き終わり端部、21
は記録再生コアに施された上巻線の巻き終わり端
部、22は下端線の巻き始め端部、23は上巻線
の巻き始め端部、24は下巻線の巻き終わり端部
である。このうち中央の三つの端部20,21,
22は各コイル14の共通端子として電気的に一
括して接続される。各巻線の端部は所定の消去回
路、再生回路、記録回路等に接続されて各巻線1
4に対する所定の信号の入出力に供される。各巻
線の端部の配列順序は、例えばフロツピーデイス
ク装置であれば上側ヘツドであるか下側ヘツドで
あるかによつて異なつてくるし、その他各種の条
件によつて異なる。

つのピン32を有する治具を用いて巻線を施す。
より具体的には、まず、ジンバルばねのアース用
として線材の一端33をジンバルばねに半田付け
したあと巻線機を移動させてピン30,31をガ
イドとして所定の長さ引き出し、二つのピン3
2,32にわたつて掛けたあと巻線機を磁気ヘツ
ドの位置まで戻して一つのコアに消去用巻線を施
す。この巻線が終了したらその巻き終わり端部を
所定長さ引き出して五つのピン32のうちの中央
のピンに掛けたあと再び磁気ヘツドの位置まで戻
し他のコアに記録用巻線を施す。この巻線が終了
したらその巻き終わり端部を所定長さ引き出して
五つのピン32のうちの中心及びその隣りのピン
に掛けたあと再び磁気ヘツド位置まで戻し記録用
巻線と共通のコアに再生用巻線を施す。この巻線
が終了したらその巻き終わり端部を所定長さ引き
出して五つのピン32のうちの最外側のピンに掛
けて巻線を終わる。巻線が終わつたら、ピン32
に掛けられている線材部分を除いて線材保護用の
フイルム12の接着剤塗布面を押しつけ、線材の
引き出し部をフイルム12に接着して線材の引き
出し部を保護する。フイルム12を2枚用いて線
材の引き出し部をサンドイツチ状に接着してもよ
いが、仮に1枚のフイルムで線材の引き出し部を
片面側からのみ接着するときは、前述のように保
護材26を用いてジンバルばね11の弾性部との
接着を防止する。各巻線の引き出し始めの部分及
びフイルム先端部は第4図に符号34で示されて
いるようにジンバルばね11に接着剤を塗布する
ことによつて固め、断線を防止する。次に、五つ
のピン32のうち二つのピンにまたがつて掛けら
れている線材部分を切断する。そのあと治具から
