The bag-like cloth is usually suspended by a slurry inlet pipe connected to its upper end, and the entire surface of the cloth is placed in free space and supported without any trouble. In order to withstand a long period of time, there have been conventionally provided fabrics in which a corrugated plate is placed on the side of the fabric and the fabric is held down by the corrugated plate, or in which the fabric is completely sealed with a concave plate. However, when the fabric is supported by the plate surface as described above, the overload from the entire surface of the fabric is limited to a considerable extent by the plate surface, which reduces overperformance and has the disadvantage of accelerating the clogging phenomenon of the fabric. Ta.

ーを提供するものである。Structure of the Invention The present invention has been made to achieve the above-mentioned object, and includes a support member consisting of an upper plate movably suspended from a rail and a support rod connecting the upper plate and the lower plate. While multiple sets are installed in parallel, the slurry introduction pipes are supported by the adjacent support rods and arranged in parallel, and the liquid inlets are communicated with each slurry introduction pipe to suspend the bag-like cloth, and the movement of the upper plate allows the lower plate to move. The lower end opening of the cloth is opened and closed between the adjacent lower plate, and a steel wire is stretched vertically between the upper plate and the lower plate, or a steel wire is stretched vertically between the upper plate and the lower plate. When steel wires are stretched horizontally at intervals between the mounting rods fixed between the lower plates, or steel wires are stretched at specified intervals in both the vertical and horizontal directions, and the slurry is press-fitted into the fabric,
The present invention provides a bag filter characterized in that the steel wires contact the outer periphery of the cloth at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, or both the vertical and horizontal directions to protect the cloth.

The opening 1b is closed by sandwiching the opening 1b between adjacent lower plates 5, and when the cake is later discharged, the lower plate 5 is moved and separated to open the opening 1b. The liquid inlet 1a of the cloth 1 is fitted into and fixed to a tube portion 2a protruding from the center of the lower surface of the slurry introduction tube 2, and a shape retaining plate that is long in the front and rear direction is attached to the tube portion 2a protruding into the cloth 1. Attach 10 with stopper 11,
The hanging cloth 1 maintains its shape so as to protrude in the front-rear direction. A slurry inlet 2b is protruded from the center of both left and right ends of the slurry inlet pipe 2, and a gasket 12 is attached to the circumferential surface of the slurry inlet 2b, so that when the slurry inlet pipes 2 installed in parallel are connected, the liquid passes through the slurry inlet 2b one after another without leaking. Slurry is supplied to each slurry introduction pipe 2.

When supplying slurry, the upper plate 3 and the lower plate 5 are brought into contact with each other and made to be continuous. At this time, the lower end opening 1b of each cloth 1 is closed by being sandwiched between the adjacent lower plates 5. in this way,
The slurry is pumped through the slurry introduction pipe 2 in a continuous state, and each cloth 1 is filled with the stock solution. After filling, the supply of the slurry is stopped. At the time of filling,
Cloth 1 is empty () → filled () as shown in Figure 2.
→It expands as high-pressure filling ( ) occurs, and the cloth 1 is tightened and held by the steel wire 8 during high-pressure filling. Holding the steel wire 8 prevents the fabric 1 from expanding excessively and causing tears, and also prevents slurry from spewing out from the tears. Moreover, since it is a steel wire, it does not restrict overload from the entire surface of the cloth 1 and does not reduce overload capacity. After the required time has elapsed, the upper plate 3 at the downstream end is moved downstream and separated from the adjacent upper plate 3 by the length of the chain 17. With this operation, the lower plate 5 also moves,
The space between the adjacent lower plates 5 is opened, and the closed lower end opening 1b of the cloth 1 is opened. At this time, the support rod 4 also moves in conjunction with the upper plate 3, links 6A and 6B open, and the supported slurry introduction pipe 2 moves downward until it is positioned exactly between the lower plate 5 that has separated the cloth 1. to ensure that the lower end opening 1b of the cloth 1 is opened.
By this release, the cake inside the cloth 1 is released into the lower end opening 1b.
Emit more. Similarly, move the upper plate 3 one after another,
The spaces between adjacent lower plates 5 are sequentially opened, the lower end opening 1b of the cloth 1 is opened, and the cake is discharged. When the next upper plate 3 is moved after discharging the cake, the links 6A and 6 of the support rod 4 connected to the upper plate 3 that had separated
Since B supports the slurry introduction pipe 2 in a "V" shape, the upper ends of the links 6A and 6B rise smoothly toward each other, making the upper plate 3 easily movable. In this way, the separated upper plate 3 and lower plate 5 are closed until they come into contact, and at the same time the next upper plate 3 and the lower plate 5 are separated, and the cloth 1 after discharging the cake is closed, and at the same time the next cloth is closed. 1 is opened to complete the cake discharge.

It is fixed via bolts 32 and 33. Locking holes 30a, 31a are bored in these steel wire stop plates 30, 31, and hooks 34 attached to both ends of the vertical steel wire 8 are locked, and the hooks 34 are fixed at a predetermined interval in the horizontal direction. ある。Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, in the bag filter according to the present invention, when the cloth is filled with slurry at high pressure, the steel wires that come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cloth and support the cloth are spaced apart at a predetermined interval. Because of the tension, the fabric can withstand repeated filling pressures and overpressures, making it difficult for the fabric to tear, and preventing slurry from spewing out from the tears. In addition, since steel wire is used,
This method does not restrict overload from the entire surface of the cloth during overloading, and the overload capacity can be doubled compared to the case where a conventional plate material is used. Furthermore, since it is made of steel wire, it is extremely lightweight, easy to handle, and can be provided at low cost. Furthermore, the present invention has various advantages such as being able to easily and reliably open and close the lower end opening of the bag-like cloth by simply moving the upper plate, improving work efficiency. .
