本発明はシステムキツチンや洗面化粧台等に用
いられる人造大理石製天板及びその製造法に関す

用樹脂8で塗装し、硬化さた後洗面ボール(又は
シンク)7を開口部2に取り付けているものであ
つた。しかしながら、この方法では表面用樹脂8
を塗布硬化させる必要があつて非常に手間がかか
りコストアツプになると同時に、仕上がり状態も
奇麗なものではなかつた。

で、天板本体1に開口部2を切り抜く必要をなく

用樹脂組成物を流し込んで硬化させ、開口部材と
接着した状態で天板本体を脱型したので、開口部
材の載置位置を変えるだけで、簡単に開口部の位
置を変えることができ、従来のように開口の異な
る成形型を複数個容易する必要もなく、経済的な
ものであつて人造大理石製天板のコストダウンを
図ることができるものである。
