Adhesive was applied to the surface of a substrate made of the above-mentioned cardboard, etc. to which a hard synthetic resin board, cardboard, corrugated paper, glass plate, metal plate, etc. was adhered, and silicone resin was applied to the front and back sides of the substrate. Using a cutting die with a release paper adhered and an appropriate picture pattern configured, cut a picture pattern into the release paper and further on the surface of the substrate to a depth of about 1 mm, and peel off the release paper surrounded by the cut; Glue Japanese paper, etc. to the adhesive surface of this peeled part, cut out the periphery of the Japanese paper, etc. along the cut,
This is a decorative board manufacturing method in which the fuzz on the cut edge is pushed into the groove of the cut.

を表わした装飾板が出来上がる効果を有する。<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the present invention provides a substrate 1 made of cardboard or the like 2, or an interleaf of the cardboard or the like 2, or a substrate 1 made of the cardboard or the like 2 with a base plate 3 made of a wooden board or the like adhered to the back side. An adhesive 4 is applied to the surface, a release paper 5 whose back surface is coated with a silicone resin 6 is adhered to the surface of the substrate 1, and an appropriate pattern 8 is cut out on the release paper 5 using a cutting die.
Then, a cut 7 is made by a slight thickness on the surface of the substrate 1, the release paper 5 surrounded by the cut 7 is peeled off, and Japanese paper or the like 9 is adhered to the adhesive 4 surface of this peeled part. Since this method of manufacturing a decorative board is characterized by cutting out the periphery of the Japanese paper, etc. 9 along the cut 7, it is necessary to draw the same picture pattern as the picture pattern on the board on the chiyogami paper, etc., like traditional pasting. advanced technology and
It does not require much time, that is, since the pattern 8 is cut 7 in the release paper 5 in advance with a cutting die, the release paper 5 surrounded by the cuts 7 of the pattern 8 is simply cut into the surface of the substrate 1. Since it is peeled off further and Japanese paper etc. 9 is glued to the adhesive 4 side of this peeled part, there is no need to apply adhesive each time, and all you need to do is cut out the washi paper etc. 9 along the cut 7, so it is easy to manufacture. It does not require any skill at all and can be made extremely easily even by women and children. Furthermore, in the present invention, the notches 7 are made by a slight thickness on the surface of the substrate 1 using a cutting die to form the picture pattern 8, so that the cutouts 7 create a beautiful picture pattern made of semi-solid Japanese paper 9. 8
This has the effect of creating a decorative board that represents.
