するためにナツトに設ける係止突起を機械加工に
より成形しないでポンチにより極めて安価、容易
に成形することができ、又キヤツプを取り付けた
際キヤツプ取付部が破損することがなく確実にキ
ヤツプを保持するナツト本体の加工方法の提供を

て決める。この実施例ではD−d=1mmが適当で
ある。さらに次の工程でねじ下孔11と同径りパ
ンチで打ち抜きを行ないねじ下孔11をあける。

キヤツプの挿入性が悪くなつてキヤツプの嵌合部
の折損を引き起すことがあるが、このトラブルも
冷間圧造によるナツト本体の嵌合面の面粗度の向
上によりキヤツプの挿入性が良くなりキヤツプの

ツプ付きハブナツトのナツト本体の製造方法。1.
