Traditionally, when installing plate glass to an opening in a building's exterior wall, a method was used to attach it via metal sashes, but recently a method using zipper gaskets that uses molded rubber as the glazing material, which is easy to install, has been used. Often used. In the former method, which uses metal sashes, elastic sealants are used on both sides of the glass plate, but elastic sealants facing outdoors deteriorate due to ultraviolet rays from sunlight, so the sealant must be reapplied at regular intervals. The repair work required a lot of time and manpower, and the work was dangerous because it required an external hanging gondola. In order to satisfy the latter requirement of construction using a zipper gasket, it is necessary to manufacture and construct the mounting support material with high precision. However, plate glass has some deformations such as warping and twisting.
Furthermore, although the molded rubber used as the glazing material has flexibility, there are some manufacturing errors, and there are also some manufacturing errors in the grooves for attaching the plate glass in the opening. These deformations and manufacturing errors remain in the glass plate as stress when the glass plate is attached, resulting in a disadvantage that the glass plate is likely to break.
Also, in this method using a zipper gasket, it is necessary to replace the zipper gasket at regular intervals, resulting in the same problem as the former method, which involves repair work.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for supporting a glass plate in a fill-in window, which extends the service life of the sealant, reduces breakage of the glass plate, and facilitates safety and maintenance work.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the method for supporting plate glass in a fitted window of the present invention is provided all around the opening in the molded material for the exterior of a building, and one end of the drain pipe is opened at the bottom of the opening. An elastic sealant is applied to the required thickness on the outdoor side wall surface of the groove for attaching plate glass, and a sheet-shaped elastic material with excellent light resistance and light shielding properties is attached onto the elastic sealant, and the elastic sealant is cured. The glass plate is inserted into the groove and pressed against the sheet-like elastic material before the glass plate is exposed to the groove, and spacers are inserted between the four circumferences of the glass plate and the bottom of the groove to position the glass plate vertically and horizontally. One end of the L-shaped ridge is attached to the inner opening, and a shaped sealant is sandwiched between the other end and the indoor wall surface of the groove, and then the other end of the ridge and the peripheral area of the plate glass are inserted. This method involves inserting a back-up material between the two and filling it with an amorphous sealant.

In the above means, the elastic sealing material interposed between the outdoor side wall surface of the groove and the outdoor surface of the plate glass hardens in accordance with the shape between both surfaces, and the elastic sealing material is hardened to follow the shape between the two surfaces, and the sealing material is hardened to follow the shape between the two surfaces. The amorphous sealing material interposed between the two similarly hardens to follow the shape between the two.

First, the groove 3 of the opening 2 in the exterior molding material 1
An elastic sealing material 7 that becomes an elastic body after curing is applied to the outdoor side wall surface to a required thickness, and a sheet-like elastic material 8 with excellent light resistance and light blocking properties is attached to the upper surface of the elastic sealing material 7, and the elastic sealing material 7 is cured. The glass plate 4 is inserted into the groove 3 and pressed against the sheet-like elastic material 8 before the glass plate 4 is inserted, and a rectangular parallelepiped spacer 6 made of hard rubber is interposed between the four circumferences of the glass plate 4 and the bottom of the groove 3, and the glass plate 4 is inserted into the groove 3 and pressed against the sheet-like elastic material 8. 4. Next, from the groove 3 to the opening of the indoor side 21, one end of the L-shaped ridge 10 is inserted into a wedge-shaped pair of spacers 11.
At the same time, a shaped sealing material 9 is sandwiched between the other end of the ridge 10 and the indoor wall surface of the groove 3. The spacer 11 is the plate glass 4 of the rim 10.
The height of engagement with the groove 3 is adjusted, and the regular sealing material 9 seals the interior of the room against the bottom of the groove 3 in cooperation with an irregularly shaped sealing material, which will be described later.

As described above, according to the present invention, the elastic sealing material interposed between the outdoor side wall surface of the groove and the outdoor surface of the plate glass hardens in accordance with the shape between both surfaces, and the elastic sealing material is hardened to follow the shape between the two surfaces, and Since the amorphous sealing material interposed between the other end similarly hardens by following the shape between the two, there is no possibility that stress will be generated in the glass sheet due to deformation of the glass sheet or manufacturing errors in the supporting material, as in the past. Since the glass plate is supported by the exterior molding material without any damage, breakage of the glass plate can be reduced.
