る。<Conventional technology> The shuttle-type winding machine that has been used in the past involves winding wire around a ring-shaped magnetic core to create a toroidal coil. In order to apply tension to the wire when starting the winding process, the shuttle required a certain degree of rigidity.
Therefore, the inner diameter of the magnetic core and the length of the wire that can be automatically wound are limited for each shuttle.

It had the disadvantages of being easy to roll up, having poor winding, and being of poor quality.

This is a ring-shaped magnetic core winding machine in which a second wire chuck 8 is provided along the outer circumference of one roller 1' to apply tension to the wire.

A belt 2 extending over two rollers 1 and 1' is installed through the center. A second wire chuck 8 is also provided which rotates on the outside of one of the rollers 1' and applies tension to the wire. The belts are connected endlessly by a belt joint 3 having elongated holes. As shown in Fig. 2, this roller 1 has a V-shaped groove cut into its outer peripheral surface, a belt 2 having a trapezoidal cross section is driven through this groove, and a wire is passed through a gap at the bottom of the groove. to form a winding machine.

Further, the wire is passed through the elongated hole of the joint 3, one end is fixed to the wire chuck 5, and the wire is cut to the size of the entire length of the winding. Starting core holder part 4 is on the left end
Stop at a point. When the belt 2 is rotated, the wire is applied to the corner A of the magnetic core 6 in FIG. The core holder part 4 moves together with the magnetic core 6 in synchronization with the joint 3 so that the wire reaches the right end point Y with the maximum length l of the wire. At point Y, the wire for half the circumference of the magnetic core 6 is pulled out, and tension is applied to the corner of the magnetic core 6 shown in FIG. Thereafter, the second wire chuck 8 grasps the wire protruding from the conical roller 1' and pulls the wire back between A and B, and at this time tension is applied to the cross section C of the magnetic core 6 in FIG. Added. Then, while the elongated hole in the joint 3 of the belt 2 goes from B to C, the wire is pulled out by l2 , and tension is applied to the corner of the cross section of the magnetic core 6 in FIG. When fitting 3 reaches C, wire length l 3
The core holder part 4 is moved in synchronization with the belt 2 so as to bring the wire to the X end, and tension is applied to the wire half the way around the X point as well. The core chuck 7 is 1 in the circumferential direction of the thickness of the magnetic core 5.
Each time the belt joint 3 goes around, one turn is wound at a pitch. When the winding is finished, the joint 3 is removed and the wound coil is formed.

Moreover, unlike the conventional shuttle method, since tension is applied to each corner shown in the cross section of the magnetic core 6, a toroidal coil with well-ordered winding can be obtained without particularly increasing the tension.
