Before use, the solution is injected into a vial to dissolve it, and a certain amount is taken and administered parenterally. Conventionally, a syringe or a device called a double-ended needle, which has communicating hollow needles at both ends, has been used to carry out such melting and drying operations. In other words, when using a syringe, insert the needle of the syringe into the rubber stopper at the mouth of a bottle containing a solution such as glucose solution or physiological saline to collect a certain amount of liquid, and then transfer this liquid to a vial. Dissolve the drug by injecting it through the rubber stopper at the mouth of the tube, insert the needle into the rubber stopper again, collect a certain amount into the syringe, and inject it directly into the patient, or pour it into an infusion bottle and set up an infusion. I was using it to administer infusions.
When using a double-ended needle, insert one needle into the rubber stopper of the vial containing the drug and the other needle into the rubber stopper of the vial containing the solution. The solution was transferred to a bottle containing the drug to dissolve the drug, and then administered to the patient in the same manner as above.

As a result, liquid often spouted or oozed from the needle insertion part of the rubber stopper. This phenomenon results in the loss of the drug, so it is not only economically undesirable in the case of expensive drugs, but also from a safety point of view, as some drugs are harmful if inhaled or attached to the skin for a long period of time. There was a problem. Furthermore, when using a double-ended needle, it is necessary to use a separate syringe to collect the drug solution, which increases the number of types of instruments used, which poses problems in terms of operability and economy. Furthermore, when collecting a medicinal solution using a syringe, the pressure inside the bottle is reduced, which sometimes makes it difficult to collect the liquid.

That is, the present invention provides an inner needle made of a hollow tube with a sharpened tip, an outer needle coaxially arranged around the inner needle such that the tip is located rearward than the tip of the inner needle, and the inner needle and the outer needle are composed of a needle base immovably fixed, and a space is provided between the inner needle and the outer needle that communicates with the atmosphere at the tip and side or rear end of the outer needle. is formed, and at the tip of the outer needle, a slight gap is provided between the tip of the outer needle and the inner needle to allow gas to flow, so that the tip is thin and thin.
The medical fluid collection needle is characterized in that the space is provided with a filter that prevents bacteria from passing through.

At the same time, air flows into the bottle from the gap (space) between the inner and outer needles, so the pressure inside the bottle is maintained at normal pressure. Also, when injecting the drug solution inhaled into the syringe into the bottle, when the piston of the syringe is pushed, the drug solution is injected into the bottle from the inner needle and the air inside the bottle is released into the atmosphere through the gap between the inner and outer needles. The pressure inside the bottle is maintained at normal pressure at this time as well.

As shown in the figure, the liquid collection needle consists of an inner needle 1, an outer needle 2 coaxially attached around the inner needle 1, and a needle base 3 to which the rear ends of the inner needle 1 and outer needle 2 are fixed. There is a continuous space 4 between the inner needle and the outer needle, which communicates with the atmosphere at both ends 4' and 4''. That is, the tip of the needle base has ribs 5, 5. ', 5''... are provided, and since the outer needle 2 is fixed to these ribs, air can freely flow through the gaps between the ribs. The outer needle 2 and the ribs 5, 5', . . . may be fixed by adhesive or by simple press-fitting. In addition, the tip of the outer needle 2 is located at the rear of the tip of the inner needle 1, and the tip of the outer needle is formed thin so that it can be easily inserted into the rubber stopper, and the tip is made as thin as possible. The space 4 is a small gap that allows gas to flow.

The inner needle 1 is preferably made of metal, but may also be made of synthetic resin. Further, it is preferable that the outer needle 2 be made of a thin synthetic resin because it is easy to manufacture, but it may be made of metal. In the illustrated embodiment, the inner needle 1 has an opening at the tip like an injection needle, but an opening may be provided on the side surface of the tip to prevent the rubber wire from being cut off during insertion.

When the piston of the syringe is pulled, the liquid medicine is sucked into the syringe from the liquid collection needle, but at the same time, the air pressure inside the bottle decreases, causing the inner needle 1 and outer needle 2 to drop.
Air forms bubbles and flows into the bottle through the gap between the bottles. Therefore, the syringe piston can be continuously pulled to collect the desired amount of drug solution.

At this time, although there is no particular restriction on the position where the filter is provided, it is convenient to provide an opening on the side surface of the rear end of the outer needle and to provide the filter in the opening. Further, in the above-mentioned examples, the case where the liquid collection needle is attached to a syringe is explained, but it can also be attached to an infusion set and used for collecting liquid from an infusion bottle.
