This bucket is left in place for a short time after excavation to allow water to leak naturally, so there is a limit to how much moisture can be removed. When removing sludge that has settled on a riverbed, the sludge is either excavated and transported as is, or a dewatering device is installed near the excavation site, and the sludge is dehydrated before being transported.

A fulcrum pin 6 is attached to the tip of the arm 4, and the fulcrum pin 6 is provided with a cylindrical accommodating portion 7a having a fan-shaped side surface, and a filter medium 8 is attached to the bottom of the accommodating portion 7a. A bucket body 7 and a hook-shaped push plate 9 having a filter medium 10 attached to a push-in portion 9a that slides inside a storage portion 7a of the bucket body 7 are rotatably supported. Push-in part 9a and filter material 1
0 has the same cross-sectional shape as the accommodating portion 7a.
The filter media 8 and 10 have different filtration resistance depending on the properties of the sludge (varies depending on water content, contained substances, etc.),
Filter cloth is generally used as the filter material, and is housed in a frame along with a wire mesh or the like to increase strength and maintain rigidity.

The tip of the piston rod 11a of the hydraulic cylinder 12 is connected to the connection part of the bucket body 7 by a pin 15, and the tip of the piston rod 12a of the hydraulic cylinder 12 is connected to the connection part of the bucket body 7 by a pin 15.
6 is connected to the connecting portion of the push plate 9.

This shows a state in which both are shortened and the bucket body 7 and push plate 9 are rotated in opposite directions. If the hydraulic cylinder 11 is extended from this state, the bucket body 7 will rotate clockwise as shown in FIG.
The sludge 17 is stirred into the storage portion 7a. Next, when the hydraulic cylinder 12 is extended, the push plate 9
rotates counterclockwise, the pushing part 9a is pushed into the housing part 7a as shown in FIG.
7 is compressed. As a result, water in the sludge 17 is discharged through the filter media 8 and 10. After draining the water, the hydraulic cylinder 12 is shortened, the push plate 9 is rotated clockwise and returned, and the bucket body 7 is rotated counterclockwise to release the compressed sludge. It can be loaded.
