In this method, the positioning of each concrete product is not accurate and the strength of the joints is not sufficient.

According to this, although there is an advantage that positioning can be performed accurately and easily and there is no deviation in the left-right direction, there is a disadvantage that the strength against deviation in the vertical direction or the front-back direction is not sufficient.

This is strong enough, but the bolts must be installed one by one at the construction site, and the positions of the holes in the connection plate and the nuts do not easily match, which not only takes time and effort, but also makes it difficult to install the bolts. Tools such as spanners are often lost, and connecting plates and bolts, which are generally made of iron, are exposed to the outer surface of concrete products, so they corrode over time and become durable. It has the disadvantage of being inferior in gender.

と、から成るところにある。 The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its purpose is to position both concrete products simply by butting them together with their connecting surfaces facing each other, making construction easy. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a concrete product that can withstand high temperatures, and a connecting tool used therein. The feature is that it is formed of a cylindrical body with one end closed, and the inner circumferential surface following the open end is widened in the middle to form a step. Both concrete products, which are buried with openings on their respective connecting surfaces, are arranged facing each other, and the shape of the inner circumferential surface of the open end of the receiving member becomes smaller due to external force on the circumferential surfaces of both ends, and the external force is reduced. When the two concrete products are butted together, a connecting member in which an engaging protrusion that is restored and becomes larger than the inner circumferential surface is formed is inserted into the receiving member, and the engaging protrusion is inserted into the receiving member. The concrete product is engaged with the stepped portion to connect and fix both concrete products, and is formed of a cylindrical body with one end closed, and the inner circumferential surface following the open end is widened halfway to form the stepped portion. A receiving member that opens in the connection surface of a concrete product and is buried in multiple locations, and when inserted into the receiving member, it is pressed and narrowed by the inner circumferential surface of the open end of the receiving member, and the inner circumferential surface and a connecting member having engaging protrusions formed on the circumferential surfaces of both ends thereof, which pass through the widened portion, return to their original shape, and engage with the stepped portion.

The receiving member 2 is formed of a cylindrical body with one end closed, and the inner peripheral surface thereof is widened at a predetermined position from the open end to form a stepped portion 2a.
This widened inner peripheral surface has a shape that is narrowed toward the bottom surface. Further, the outer peripheral surface shape of the receiving member 2 follows the shape of its inner peripheral surface, and the stepped portion 2b serves to prevent the receiving member 2 from coming off.

It has a shape that fits into the inner circumferential surface of the opening end of the receiving member 2, and an umbrella-shaped head 3b that narrows toward the tip is formed at both ends. The size of the tip of the head 3b is smaller than the opening of the receiving member 2, and the base end, which is the engaging protrusion 3c, is formed larger than that, and furthermore, the head 3b has elasticity. A slot 3d is formed in the axial direction to reduce the diameter. Also, the width of the slot 3d is the head 3a.
The maximum size of the head 3a is made smaller than the opening of the receiving member 2 when the diameter of the head 3a is reduced.

The connection surfaces of the concrete 1 to be connected are faced to each other, and the connecting member 3 is attached to one of the concrete products in advance to the receiving member 2. If both concrete products 1 are engaged and butted against each other, the head 3a of the connecting member 3 will engage with the stepped portion 2a of each receiving member 2 with its engagement protrusion 3c, and both concrete products 1 will be Connected. Thereafter, the joints left between the connecting surfaces of both concrete products 1 are filled with a joint material such as mortar, and the connection work is completed.
