Conventionally, this type of nail plate prints a colored pattern on the back side of a celluloid or synthetic resin thin plate using a known printing ink in which synthetic resin is dissolved in a solvent, and then is left in the air or in a drying room for a long time to erase the solvent in the ink. After drying, either Japanese paper or synthetic paper is polymerized and bonded as a backing paper to the back side of the front plate containing the pattern, or a resin coating layer mixed with titanium white or the like is applied to the back side of the printed pattern to prevent moisture. It is made by gluing paper plates such as Japanese paper together. However, as mentioned above, drying colored patterns for a long time not only results in a tremendous loss of time, but also causes dust to adhere during drying, staining the patterns, or causing scratches when transported to the drying area. As a result, there were various disadvantages in manufacturing and handling, such as the need for extreme care and effort in handling, and the solvent in the ink that forms the color pattern eroded the inner surface structure of the surface plate, resulting in a bonded state. Therefore, after the nail plate is completed, the front plate gradually becomes distorted and warped, and this distorted surface tends to cause incorrect ball action. Due to the viscosity caused by insufficient drying, the fibers often bulge around the pores and obstruct the smooth inflow of bullets, so we have no choice but to use synthetic paper that has low affinity with the substrate but has good cutting properties. There is a disadvantage in using a moisture barrier layer, and even if a moisture-proof layer is interposed, the irregularity of the ball action cannot be avoided due to the distorted surface of the top plate, as described above.

The present invention has succeeded in obtaining an excellent colored patterned nail plate by the following method in order to eliminate all the disadvantages of the conventional art.

To describe an example now, a synthetic resin content of 80% by weight was applied to the back side of a transparent front plate 1 made of a synthetic resin thin plate.
A color pattern M is formed using a screen printing method using a solvent-free ultraviolet ink containing 20% of a photosensitizer and the color patterned surface plate 1 is passed through an ultraviolet irradiation device for 14 seconds to 1 minute to obtain the color. When the pattern area is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, it reacts with the photosensitizer and the synthetic resin instantly dries and solidifies, and the surface plate 1
It sticks to the back side of. Therefore, if the Japanese paper 2 is polymerized and adhered to the entire back surface of the front plate 1 including the colored pattern portion using a synthetic resin adhesive, the actual nail plate can be obtained immediately. In this way, the back side of the Japanese paper 2 of the nail plate is adhered to the surface of the genuine substrate P such as plywood using a synthetic resin adhesive in a conventional manner, and the ball holes H etc. are made at required locations on the front plate 1 along with the substrate. Make a hole and attach it to a pachinko machine.

In the present invention, as described above, the ink of the color pattern M printed on the back side of the front plate 1 is obtained by printing with a solvent-free ink containing a photosensitizer and irradiating the printed surface with ultraviolet rays for a short time. The reaction between the ultraviolet rays and the photosensitizer causes it to dry instantly and adhere to the back side of the front plate 1, so there is no wasted time for drying, and there is no risk of staining the pattern during handling, and the backing paper and The work of adhering to the board can be carried out very efficiently, and since the structure of the surface plate is not eroded by the solvent, there is no distortion or warping of the surface plate, and therefore there is no fear of incorrect balling, and the surface of the nail plate can be easily attached to the surface of the nail plate. When drilling holes, the washi paper is cut sharply due to the unified color pattern layer, and there is no bulge of paper around the hole, so the bullet always flows smoothly, and this kind of color pattern This invention is a useful invention as it has many advantages that have not been seen before in terms of manufacturing, handling, and effectiveness as a nail plate.
