(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
この回転刃による方法では紙が厚くなつてきた
り、強い表紙等がついてくれば切断時間がかかる
とともに回転刃が負傷、変形を受け安く寿命が短
くなるとともに紙が摩擦熱で加熱して連続運転で

本発明はかかる問題点を解消したもので、高速
大量連続処理が行なえ、しかも故障が少なく長寿
命の新しい構想の紙粉砕装置を提供せんとするも
のであり、その要旨はドラムの中心に強固な回転
軸を軸架し、同回転軸の中間及びドラム左端近く
に同ドラム内壁面と狭い間隔あけて回転する回転
円盤を取付け、ドラムの右側面に紙投入口を設け
るとともに、同右側面と右側回転円盤との間の回
転軸部分にリンクチエーンを複数本取付け、又左
右二つの回転円盤との間の回転軸部分に鎖ベルト
を複数本取付け、左側回転円盤の回転軸に近い個
所に複数の吸気用窓を設け、更にドラム内周壁に
回転するリンクチエーン、鎖ベルトの先端軌跡に
近くまで降起した軸心方向に伸びた突条を複数列
周設し、同左側回転円盤の左側ドラム部分を粉砕

(作用)
この発明では回転軸を1000RPM程度で高速回
転させれば回転軸に取付けたリンクチエーンと鎖
ベルトは遠心力で振り回されて軸に直角に立ち上
つた状態で回転する。この回転運転状態時にドラ
ムの右側面の紙投入口から書類、雑誌等の紙を投
入すれば同ドラム内部において構想回転している
リンクチエーンによつてくりかえし打撃されて破
砕される。この際紙はドラム内周に接衝すればド
ラム内周壁に周設した突条によつて係止されなが
らリンクチエーンによつて打撃されるため、その
打撃の破砕力は空中の反力をとれない状態で打撃
する場合に比べて数段強力なものとなつて厚い
紙、表紙等も用意に破砕できるものである。ここ
で極めて厚手の紙等が投入されてリンクチエーン
に過大な力が作用してもリンクチエーン事態が破

撃するものであるが、鎖ベルトは前後方向に屈曲
するが左右(回転軸の軸方向)には変位せず勝側
面がプレートであるので破断力、細断力が強いも
のとなつている。前室で粗く破砕された紙片はこ
の室でもつて更に細かく破断されて左側の回転円
盤とドラム内壁と間〓d2を通過して破砕紙片排出
路へ排出されるものである。二つの回転円盤に囲
まれた室にはその回転円盤と鎖ベルトによつて空
気の旋回流が生起し、その中心(軸心)に負圧領
域が発生するが左側回転円盤の吸気用窓からこの
室に空気が流入して高い負圧が発生しない様にし
て空気の流れ、紙片の流れがスムーズにいく様に

(実施例)
図面に示す実施例は長さ1.5、直径0.8m程のド
ラムを使用し、リンクチエーンを8本回転軸に均
等に分散取付けし、又鎖ベルトを回転軸の左側に
12本均等に分散取付けしている。又ドラム内壁に
周設する突条は軸心方向と平行でなくやや左側方
向に傾けてドラム内壁面に取付けている。そのた
め紙片を左方向に進める様に作用している。粉砕
紙片排出路にはスクリユーコンベヤが設けられ、
その先には詰め用ビニール袋が接続されている。
図中1はドラム、2は回転軸、3,4は回転円
盤、5は紙投入口、6はリンクチエーン、7は鎖
ベルト、8は吸気用窓、9は粉砕紙片排出路、1
0はスクリユーコンベヤ、11はビニール袋、1

以上の様に本発明によれば上記機構とすること
によつて強力な破砕力があり、雑誌、書類等の紙
を高速、大量処理できるいばかりか、構造が簡単
であるので故障がなく且メンテナンスがほとんど
不要で長い寿命を有するものである。又紙み金
属、砂が混入してもほとんど故障なく作動できる

転円盤の左側ドラム部分を粉砕紙型排出路に接続
してなる紙粉砕装置。1.
