[問題点を解決するための手段]
本発明は、固定部材の固定軸に、薄板状物を支
える立上り部と接着剤溜め部を形成してあり、押

れる接着剤押出し部と上記薄板状物を押える押え
部を形成し、上記立上り部と上記押え部とによつ
て上記薄板状物を挟みつけるとともに接着剤のは

けて接着剤が洩れないようにしたので、組立性が
向上し、安定した振動モードが得られる。しかも
密封性が向上し、防水形の製品に用いると特に大
