The present invention relates to a decorative pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which aluminum metal pieces and pigments are added to a pressure-sensitive adhesive to provide a diffused reflection effect and a concealing effect. Conventionally, decorative adhesive sheets have been known in which aluminum metal pieces are added to the adhesive and applied to a transparent or translucent plastic film to give a diffused reflection effect. It is more effective if the aluminum metal flakes are usually in the form of scales, and this will vary depending on the size of the scales and the thickness of the adhesive layer, but in general, it is more effective if the aluminum metal flakes have a scaly shape. If a large amount of aluminum metal pieces are not added, the aluminum metal pieces will not overlap uniformly, creating gaps, and when the sheet is attached to an adherend, the surface of the adherend will be visible through the adhesive sheet. , there was a problem with lack of concealment. In order to improve the concealability using only aluminum metal pieces in this way, a large amount of aluminum metal pieces must be contained in the adhesive. As a result, the adhesive strength of the adhesive itself may decrease, or it may not show any adhesiveness at all, and even if it is applied to an adherend, it will peel off immediately, or it will become impossible to adhere, and the original adhesive sheet will not be able to be used. It had the disadvantage of losing functionality. Furthermore, since the metal pieces are very expensive, if they are used in large quantities, the product cost increases. The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks of a decorative adhesive sheet using aluminum metal pieces, eliminates the use of the aluminum metal pieces themselves for concealing properties of the adhesive sheet, and provides a diffused reflection effect. We provide an inexpensive product that uses a suitable aluminum metal piece, maintains its diffused reflection effect and the good adhesiveness of the adhesive, and provides good hiding properties of the adhesive sheet. Dry solid content of adhesive liquid
A mixed adhesive in which 1 to 60 parts by weight of both aluminum metal pieces and pigment are added to 100 parts by weight, and the weight ratio of the aluminum metal pieces and pigment is 1:0.05 to 1. is provided on one side of a transparent or translucent plastic film base material, and a release paper is further layered thereon. Aluminum metal pieces are formed by cutting a vacuum-deposited aluminum film or aluminum foil into fine scales into regular or irregular shapes, and are used after being colored if necessary, and are generally 25μ to 250μ in size. A size of about 10,000 yen is used. In addition, in order to change the color tone and degree of diffused reflection, materials with different colors and sizes can be optionally used. Pigments that can be used in combination include inorganic pigments such as red iron, chrome yellow, titanium white, and carbon black, as well as organic pigments such as azo, triphenylmethane, quinoline, and anthraquinone.
One or more of these pigments may be directly dispersed in the adhesive, or a processed pigment in which the pigment has already been dispersed in a synthetic resin or the like may be used as a coloring agent for paint. As the adhesive, a transparent adhesive such as a rubber-based adhesive or an acrylic ester-based adhesive is used, and 1 to 60 parts by weight of both the aluminum metal piece and the pigment are used per 100 parts by weight of the adhesive solid content. Reason,
This is because, as a result of many tests and studies, it has been found that if it is less than 1 part by weight, the diffused reflection effect and hiding property are poor, and if it is more than 60 parts by weight, the adhesive strength is insufficient. Also, the weight ratio of the above aluminum metal piece and pigment is 1:0.05.
It was found that if the weight ratio was less than 1:1, the moderation property was poor, and if it was more than 1:1, the diffused reflection of the aluminum metal piece would be inhibited by the pigment. As a result, good results were observed with a weight ratio of 1:0.05 to 1. The adhesive sheet base material of the present invention may be any transparent or translucent plastic film, and polyester, polyvinyl chloride, acetate, etc. may be arbitrarily selected. Examples showing the effects of the present invention will be described below. Adhesive: Product name SK Dyne 1007. Acrylic acid ester adhesive (dry solid content 38%) Viscosity force 450-500
g/cm width (manufactured by Soken Kagaku Co., Ltd.) Scale-shaped vapor-deposited aluminum metal piece: Elgy #200 Red (manufactured by Oike Kogyo Co., Ltd.) Pigment: Multicolor A441 Red (pigment component 30%)
(Product of Toyo Inn Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) Using the above raw materials, as shown in Table 1 below, prepare ELGI 200 Red and Multicolor A441 in advance.
Weight ratio with pigment component inside: 1:0.01, 1:0.05,
The dry solid content of adhesive (SK Dyne 1007) was adjusted to 1:0.1, 1:0.8, 1:1.2.
Solid weight to weight part: 0.1, 0.5, 2.0, 20, respectively
Add 60, 70, and 100 parts by weight to make an adhesive liquid. Next, it was applied to a transparent polyester film (thickness: 50 μm) using a knife or roll coater, the solvent was evaporated, and it was polymerized with release paper to a dry thickness of 40 μm to prepare 35 samples. These samples were subjected to a concealment test, a diffuse reflection test, and an adhesion test. The results are shown in Table 1 below. Each test was conducted as follows. A. Concealability test A sample from which the release paper has been removed is pasted on newspaper. ○ indicates that the letters are not visible at all and there is concealment; △ indicates that the letters are slightly visible, and △ indicates that the letters are clearly visible. Items with no obscuring properties were marked with an x. B. Diffuse reflection test Those that visually appear metallic due to the diffused reflection of the aluminum metal piece were rated as ○, those that did not have good diffused reflection were rated as △, and those that did not have any diffused reflection at all were rated as ×. C Adhesion test Measured according to JISZO237 (<180° peeling method) 400 to 500 g/cm width is ○ 300 to 200 g/cm width is △ 100 g or less cm width is ×.

It can be seen that a product with a reduced value can be obtained. When a thin piece of metal foil was used as the aluminum metal piece, a good decorative adhesive sheet product with diffused reflection was obtained under the same conditions as above.
