部にスイベル、複数輪シーブ対を下から順に設
け、この複数輪シーブ対に巻掛けたワイヤロープ
の一端にカウンターバラストを接続し、上部の複
数輪シーブを水門部材に固定すると共に、下部の
複数輪シーブを前記スイベルに固定し、これら複
数輪シーブ対をねじれを阻止しつつ伸縮するパン
タグラフで接続したものであり、中央部を回転中
心として水平回転する門扉において、比較的簡単
な構成により容易に門扉の開閉を行なえるように
したものである。
