りクランクロツドを介して開閉自在ならしめた自
動車後扉開閉装置に関するものである。

ロツドa等を介して後扉を開閉操作せしめる様に
成している。然しながらかかる開閉装置を装着せ
しめた自動車が後方より追突された場合、クラン
クロツドaの回転軸心に対し上方に位置する各構
成部分、即ち操作レバーb、クランクロツドaに
おけるドライブシヤフトの逃げ用彎曲部、クラン
クロツドa他端の立ち上り部等が第2図に図示す
る様に追突時の衝撃(略30G)による反作用によ
つて扉開放方向の回転モーメント(W1L1+W2L2
+……+WnLn)×30G(Wnは各構成部分の重量、
Lnは回転軸心と各構成部分の重心との間の垂直
距離)として作用するため、かかる衝撃によりク
ランクロツドaが扉開放方向に回転し、不意に後
扉が開放するため甚だ危険であつた。

心に対し下方適宜箇所に装備せしめて上記欠点を
解消せんとしたものにして、以下本発明の一実施
例を図面に基づいて説明すると、 1は前座席下部の車床2上に両端方を受金3,

であり、該クランクロツド1の運転席側端部に操
作レバー4を取付けると共に他端部には腕杆5、
