For this purpose, conventionally, when providing parts to an automatic assembly machine, the parts were aligned using a parts feeder and then transported to the automatic assembly machine using a linear feeder. Therefore, it requires a lot of equipment other than the automatic assembly machine, which increases the overall cost, and also causes problems such as quality problems, parts precision must be high, and problems with the automatic assembly machine. had. Furthermore, the parts feeder is a source of noise and vibration, and the automatic assembly machine also has the problem of having to match the takt time of the feeding device.

ある。 To explain the present invention below, the present invention specifically relates to a molded product having a joint integrally extended from a component part through a cutting part that is subjected to cutting, and connected to another molded product of the same shape by a joint. The molded product itself is characterized in that it maintains an aligned state, and the molded product is molded using a mold that has a cavity for a component part and a cavity for a simple joint. The joint invention is characterized in that the joint is placed in the joint cavity of the mold for the next cycle of molding, and the molded products are connected by the joint at the same time during molding. It is.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a molded product 1, which includes a component portion 2 that is a gear, a pair of joints 3 extending integrally from this component portion 2, 4, and the ends of both joints 3 and 4 located in a straight line are shaped so that they can be fitted and connected to each other. FIG. 2 shows a mold 10 for molding the above-mentioned molded product 1, in which a cavity 11 for a part and a cavity 12 for a joint connected thereto are shown.
This mold has a relief groove 15 between the movable side mold plate 13 and the fixed side mold plate 14. 16
1 is a sprue runner, 17 is a slide core, 18 is a movable side mold body, 19 is a receiving plate, and 20 is an ejector pin, and a pair of ejector pin plates 2 that hold one end of this ejector toe pin 20.
1 and 21, support pins 22 and 22 whose tips project into the relief groove 15 are attached together with a positioning pin 23 fixed to the movable template 13. When molding the molded product 1 using this mold 10, the molded product 1 molded in the previous cycle is held by the positioning pin 23 and the holding pins 22, 22, and the molded product 1 is held in the relief groove 15. At the same time, the tip of one joint 4 of this molded product 1 is located within the joint cavity 12 for molding the joint 3 of the mold 10, and molding is performed in this state.
In the thus formed molded product 1, the tip of the joint 3 covers the tip of the joint 4 of the molded product 1 supported by the positioning pin 23, and the two molded products 1, 1 are connected. When repeated, a large number of molded products 1 are connected in a straight line by joints 3 and 4 as shown in FIG. They are lined up at intervals.

If the tip of the joint 4 is made into a spherical shape and the tip of the joint 3 wraps around it as shown in FIG. 5, it will function as a universal joint. Figures 6 and 7
As shown in the figure, it may also be possible to bend in only one direction. It can also be made unbendable as shown in FIG. 10 to 12 show other examples of the molded product 1, respectively.

It is preferable to wind it up as shown in FIG. 13 and then feed it to the automatic assembly machine 9 as shown in FIG. 14. When winding up, if the molded product 1 has elasticity, the joints 3 and 4 themselves will bend, so a joint shape as shown in FIG. 8 may be used, but if the molded product 1 does not have elasticity, The joints are made in a bendable form as shown in FIGS. 7 to 7.
Incidentally, the joints 3 and 4 are installed in the automatic assembly machine 9 in the first position.
5. The molded products 1 are separated by cutting from the base end indicated by 5 in FIG.

There are fewer quality problems during transportation.
In the combined invention, the above-mentioned mutually connected molded products are obtained in a mutually connected state by molding with a mold, and can be easily manufactured.
