ンサに於て、電車線が破断した場合、重錘が落下
するのを防止する装置に関するもので、現に作動
中のバランサへその作動を停止することなく簡易
に取付可能としたものである。

自由挿入可能な孔を穿つてある。この押圧板は側
方からロツド1を挿入可能に切欠6aを具え、か
つこの切欠をはさんで両側にブラケツト6bを突
出させている。押圧板はロツド1に沿い昇降可能
である。ブラケツト6bには軸6cが設けられ、
これへカム7が回動自在に軸支される。カム7は
回動によりロツド1と摩擦接触可能で、その接触
可能箇所ではロツドの背面で受駒8を押圧板に固
着してある。軸6cとカム7とはブラケツト6b
へ着脱容易にしておく。カム7とばね受板3とに
は夫々突子7a,3bを設け両者を係合させてあ
る。ばね受板3が押圧板6に対して相対下降した
とき、両突子7a,3bの係合により、カム7が
回動してロツド1を圧する。仮止めボルト9はば
ね筒3aを貫通し、上端は押圧板に係止され、下
端は仮止めナツト10により、ばね受板を押圧板
に仮止めする。即ち本発明の部品は一体に組込ま
れており、運搬容易となつている。
