Conventional structure and its problems Conventionally, as seen in Utility Model Application No. 74128 of 1982, for example, columns were erected from the four corners of a horizontal beam with casters at the bottom, and vertical beams were assembled between the columns. A pallet with drawers in which a plurality of upper and lower guide rails are attached to the opposing inner surfaces of the pillars and vertical bars, and drawer bodies (sliding shelves) are arranged between the opposing guide rails via sub-rails. is provided. According to this conventional structure, the drawer main body may be pulled out unexpectedly due to vibrations during running on the floor or transporting by truck, which not only prevents smooth and safe running and transportation, but also prevents items placed there from falling out. I will invite you. In addition, since it is in a rigid state due to assembly, the volume (occupied space) when the item is taken out and transported empty (when returned) is the same as when it is actually transported, so the amount of transport at one time is will be the same number.

Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be explained. 1 to 3 show a state in which articles 36 are stored and can be traveled and transported. In other words, both side frames 6
is erected and swung around the oscillating pin 10, and the locking pin 11 is engaged with the positioning recess 13 to fix the side frame 6 upright on the base 1 side. Further, a top frame 20 is attached between the horizontal members 8 via hooks 21. Furthermore, each shelf support rail 1
Shelves 29 are fitted between the four, and articles 36 are placed on these shelves 29. Then, the stopper member 22 is moved downward, and at that time, the long hole 25 is used to make the pin part 2
6 is lowered linearly and engaged with the vertical hole 27. Further, the front and rear surfaces are covered with a cover 32. In this state, it can run freely on the floor, and can be transported by loading it onto a truck 37 as shown in FIG. This loading is carried out stably in multiple stages by fitting the upper tray 5 onto the upper end of the lower vertical member 7 from above.
Shelf 29 protects against vibrations during driving and transportation.
Since the stopper member 22 faces the front and rear surfaces of the shelf 29, it is possible to prevent the shelf 29 from being pulled out unexpectedly. When taking out the article 36,
First, the cover 32 is raised and folded onto the top frame 20, and the stopper member 22 is moved upward to be horizontally locked to the locking tool 28 as shown by the phantom line in FIG. Next, the shelf 29 is pulled out as shown by the solid line or the imaginary line at the bottom of FIG.
6 is taken out. This drawing is continued until the stopped piece 31 comes into contact with the stopper piece 18, and in an unexpected situation where another shelf 29 is pulled out due to vibration during drawing, the bearing 30 comes into contact with the protrusion 17. It is circulated by this. Note that the article 36 is loaded in the same manner. The shelf cart 3 becomes empty after all the articles 36 are taken out.
8 is transported (returned) by truck 37.
To carry out this transportation, the following operations are performed using two shelf carts 38 as one set. That is, all the shelves 29 are pulled out from one shelf carriage 38, and these shelves 29 are fitted between the shelf support auxiliary rails 15 on the other shelf carriage 38, as shown by phantom lines in FIG. In the other shelf truck 38, the stopper member 22 is set at the operating position, and the front and rear surfaces are covered with a cover 32. In one of the shelf carts 38 from which the shelves 29 have been removed, the top frame 20 is first removed, and then, as shown in FIG. 8, the side frames 6 are turned inward and folded onto the base 1. This horizontal fall is performed by raising the side frame 6, removing the locking pin 11 from the positioning recess 13, and then swinging it around the swing pin 10. Next, place the top frame 20 on top of the folded side frame 6.
is placed with the cover 32 and the band 35
Tightening is performed by Transportation (return) is the first
As shown in Figure 0, the other shelf truck 38 is transported in the same manner as in actual transportation;
8 can be folded to reduce its bulk, so it can be stacked in a large amount. Here the actual transportation (9th
When the number of empty transports (Fig. 10) and empty transports (Fig. 10) are the same, a loadable space A shown in Fig. 10 is created,

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention having the above configuration, the following effects can be expected. In other words, since the stopper member attached to the base and the top frame is located opposite the front and rear surfaces of the shelf, the shelf is not pulled out unexpectedly due to vibrations generated during traveling or transportation. can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, after taking out the items, by pulling out the shelf of one shelf truck and assembling it into the other shelf truck, the one shelf truck can be folded with both side frames on the base and a top frame placed on top of it. Therefore, empty transportation (return) can be carried out efficiently with half the volume reduced, that is, with a larger number of shipments per time than during actual transportation.
