In other words, as shown in Figure 1, there are serrated protrusions 2 on the outer periphery.
A plurality of rows are provided along the entire circumference in the circumferential direction at appropriate intervals in the width direction. A receiving roller 11 such as a rubber roller is arranged above the perforating roller 3 and parallel to the perforating roller 3.
The perforating roller 3 and the receiving roller 11 are brought into contact with each other. The shafts at both ends of the punching roller 3 and the receiving roller 11 are rotatably supported by bearing plates 12, respectively. A catching jig 5 is disposed in front of this receiving roller 11 (with the direction of movement of the metal plate 1 as the front), and this catching jig 5 has a diamond-shaped cross section and has an acute angle at the lower end. It is pointed. A cradle 13 is placed below the catching jig 5 through a gap of the thickness of the metal plate 1.
are arranged, and both ends of the pedestal 13 are held together, and both ends of the jig 5 are connected by a connecting plate 14. In front of this pulling jig 13 is a pair of rolling rollers 7.
are arranged one above the other, and the shafts at both ends of the rolling roller 7 are rotatably supported by bearing plates 15.

Supply between.
Then, the rotating hole punching roller 3 and receiving roller 11
As shown in FIG. 2, the metal plate 1 is
A large number of holes 4 are made in the longitudinal direction and the width direction, and the return 6 for making holes 4 in each hole 4 is the third hole.
Formed as shown in the figure. When making a hole 4 in the metal plate 1, the metal plate 1 passes between the hole-making roller 3 and the receiving roller 11 as shown in FIG. is elastically recessed to smoothly open the hole 4 and form the burr 6. The metal plate 1 with holes 4 drilled therein is continuously fed as it is to the pulling jig 1.
3 and the pedestal 13, and the barb 6 hits the tip which is the lower end of the pulling jig 5, and the barb 6 is folded back as shown in FIG. Next, this metal plate 1 is fed between a pair of rolling rollers 7 and rolled. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the metal plate 1 is rolled thin and stretched, and the burrs 6 bite into the metal plate 1 integrally, forming a perforated metal plate 8 without burrs. This perforated metal plate 8 has a band-like shape as a whole, and has holes 4 formed therethrough extending vertically over the entire surface, and is used, for example, as a core material of a resin-coated metal plate 9 as shown in FIG. . Resin coated metal plate 9
, the entire surface of both surfaces of the perforated metal plate 8 is coated with a synthetic resin 10 such as polyvinyl chloride using an extrusion molding machine or the like. When this resin-coated metal plate 9 is formed, the synthetic resins 10 on both sides are connected together through the holes 4 of the perforated metal plate 1, and the synthetic resins 10 on both sides firmly adhere to both sides of the perforated metal plate 8. A resin-coated metal plate 9 is obtained in which the synthetic resin 10 does not peel off. The resin-coated metal plate 9 thus formed has a band-like shape. This resin-coated metal plate 9 can be cut to an appropriate length and used as a building board, bent into a gutter shape and used as a rain gutter, or used for various other purposes.

Since the hole is drilled to make the thickness uniform over the entire surface, it is not only possible to ensure that the hole is drilled, but also to allow the burrs created by drilling to bite into the metal plate and expand the metal plate by the amount of material for this burr. It is a material that can be rolled, and it is possible to eliminate material loss by effectively utilizing the punching scraps that come out, and it is also easy to handle in the next process because it does not produce burrs, and when it is further rolled. The holes allow for uniform rolling by correcting variations in elongation.
