象は取付脚基部の座屈により、プラスチツクキヤ
ツプが強圧され、それによりプラスチツクキヤツ
プが局部的に変形するためであることを見出し
た。また生地の破れの原因もキヤツプの彎曲によ
り釦底部とキヤツプ周辺の角張つた部分が接近す
るためであることが分つた。また金属キヤツプの
場合にも原因は同様で取付脚の座屈による局部変
形で環状突出が生じることが分つた。そこで、本
発明は釦のかしめ時にキヤツプ周辺を押えてキヤ
ツプの変形を抑制しながら取付部材の取付脚のか
しめを行うことを特徴とする取付方法により白化
現象や環状突出現象を抑制または解消する。そし
て、釦と取付部材の構造によつては生地の損傷の
問題も同時に解決できるという二次的な効果も得
られる。

の問題であつた白化現象を防止し得たものであ
る。なお、従来の方法によるとキヤツプの変形
(永久変形及び弾性変形の両者が関係するもので
あろう)による生地の損傷が生じることもあつた
が、本発明のように変形が防止されることでこの
ような生地の損傷の問題を解消できるという2次
的な効果も得られた。
