交換器のチユーブ掃除装置に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] This invention relates to a tube cleaning device for a heat exchanger. In particular, in devices that have storage containers at both ends of the tube and move a cleaning material such as a brush or sponge ball inside the tube, the direction of internal fluid flow is directed in the forward direction using a valve provided at the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger. The present invention also relates to a tube cleaning device for a heat exchanger that cleans the inner wall of the tube by reciprocating the cleaning material while switching in the opposite direction at appropriate times.

Conventionally, cleaning material storage containers are installed in the water chambers at both ends of the heat exchanger to accommodate the reciprocation of cleaning materials, but these storage containers are attached to both ends of each individual tube to prevent them from coming off the tubes. Alternatively, a method is used in which a groove is cut in the inner surface of the tube and the tube is expanded to fix the tube, or the end of the container is made into a separate elastic structure so that only the end can be removed.

To explain the figures, FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a view taken along arrow A-A in FIG. It is attached to the plate 2 by a method such as tube expansion. There are water chambers 4 at both ends of the heat exchanger, and fluid flows into the water chambers 4, passes through the tubes 3, and exits from the opposite water chamber. A holding plate 7 to which a storage container 5 is attached in advance is attached to both ends of the tube, and a tube cleaning material 6 is stored in the storage container 5.

It is attached to the hole in the tube plate 2 and fixed to the tube plate 2 with bolts 8 or the like. The structure of the container is as shown in the figure, with the tube plate connection surface facing outward and the edges bent, and the bent portion 52
may be held by being sandwiched between the holding plate 7 and the tube plate 2. Furthermore, if there are many tubes, the holding plate 7 may be divided into sections 71 as shown in FIG. 2, and each tube may be attached separately.

作が簡単である。 However, in the apparatus of the present invention, as is clear from the above description and drawings, the storage container is attached to the hole in the holding plate in advance, and the holding plate is attached to the tube plate without inserting the end of the storage container into the tube. Because there is
The fluid is not compressed, which prevents head loss or erosion caused by increased flow velocity, and manufacturing is simple because there is no need to match the end of the container with the tube opening.
